"Don’t BOOK THIS HOTEL. I’m pretty sure it’s not even open. I came onto the property and there were so many windows and doors broken down. It was very scary."

"This is supposed to be a golf and spa resort, so I booked a one-night stay because my son wanted to play golf there. Even though it was expensive for just one night — almost $450 before the resort fee — I decided to give it a try. What disappointed me the most was that Hotels.com never mentioned that the golf and spa benefits/credits are excluded when booking through a third party. At check-in, the front desk staff member, Kirsten, informed us that none of those benefits were included because of how we booked the reservation. As a result, we would have had to pay full price for golfing and spa services on top of the already high room rate. Either the resort should treat all guests the same regardless of where they book, or Hotels.com should clearly disclose that these benefits are excluded for third-party bookings. The staff were okay, but not especially welcoming or helpful. To make matters worse, when we entered our room, it smelled like someone had just used the restroom. We opened the doors and windows to air it out, but the smell still lingered. I’m not sure if it was a plumbing issue or something else, but it definitely made the room feel unpleasant. Overall, the experience was disappointing, and I don’t think I’ll be coming back."

"The view from this property was fabulous though the windows could have been a little cleaner (inside and out). Spacious comfortable home and well supplied kitchen made for a delightful experience. We had a wonderful time and will definitely be returning in the future."

"The view and access to the beach were exactly what I was looking for - we were right THERE! Not a partial view, not a few blocks away but right there to watch the waves roll in & out and actually hear them as we slept. The place was cute, cosy and comfortable! "

"Freezer was frozen up to the point that the refrigerator wouldn’t cool and spoiled our food items. Also the garbage receptacle outside was already full, so we had to try and compact our garbage and the garbage that was previously left in there which we ended up having to leave a couple bags on the side because we couldn’t smash it down anymore. The host nor anybody else would message me back. I have just now left another message. Hopefully somebody gets back in touch with me as I do not want to be charged for any of these items that were not our Responsibility or damage caused by us."
