Escape to the coast and stay in this cozy studio condo, which offers ocean views, dog-friendly accommodations, and nearby beach access for two guests to enjoy!

Sitting at the south end of Lincoln City in the Sandstone Point complex, you'll have beach access just a couple blocks away and down a flight of stairs. Plus, a large assortment of shops and restaurants are within easy driving distance.

The condo itself is compact but comfortable. A comfy bed is the centerpiece. You and your special someone can take a seat at the table for dinner, or step onto the balcony with a couple patio chairs to enjoy the fresh air and a tranquil ocean view.

Easy meals are possible with a mini-fridge and microwave, while a coffeemaker ensures your morning coffee is available. On rainy days, watch something on the flatscreen TV (cable and WiFi included) if you don't feel like going out. The dining table seats two.

With a full bathroom, as well, this condo will sleep two guests easily. Your furry friends are welcome, too! Just please note a small, nightly pet fee.

This condo is perfect for a couple, a small family, or a group of friends - wander down to the beach for fun or a romantic walk, or head to the Lincoln City Outlet Malls to scope out awesome deals. Everything was clean and setup great, well stocked with plenty of toilet paper and towels and a beautiful ocean view. As I was looking around our room I noticed a cute little bucket and it had a towel for dogs and an extra small food bowl super cute! Thank you for the effort you put into putting things together that made us feel welcomed. The only down side to the room was the low water pressure but definitely not a deal breaker and we will be coming back soon.

Some rooms are great and some need work. Beds were comfortable and rooms have been hit or miss on cleanliness as well as water pressure! It's cheap and we have always had a beautiful ocean view. We stay twice a year and will be back.

A little more ran down than expected

The locals were really friendly and kind. Loved the view for the price that was offered. It really was a good deal, they are dog friendly and even give a dog bowl with poo bags even though I didn’t bring my dog I would next time. the room was really clean. With that being said there were holes in the wall that had been patched poorly and not repainted. There was no hot water in our room it would get Luke warm at best and the room had no circulation so it would get so stuffy and uncomfortable but I did enjoy my view and how close it was to the beach and other towns to make exploring easy.

I had to call to make a complaint about two neighbors screaming at each other and banging on my door and waking me up several time throughout the night. The person I spoke with said someone would contact me in roughly an hour but could take up to 24 hours. No one ever contacted me and the second night I stayed they woke me up as well, I am a heavy sleeper, I sleep through fire alarms.

Great room for the money!!

The room was perfect for just the two of us. Had everything we needed, and it was very clean. A foot wash nearby would be convenient so not to track sand in.

1. The floor was not swept. 2. The shower either was not clean or needed to be replaced. 3. The shower curtain in the tub was too short. 4. The sheet around the bottom of the bed was stained and there was hair on the floor. 5. The water pressure is very low and it takes at least 5 minutes for the water to heat up. We stayed in another room at this same property a few weeks ago and I have no complaints about that room. I was disappointed with this one.

Apart from The view to the ocean everything else about this stay was BASIC. Quality of almost everything in the property was ordinary and minimalist. No plates or eating utensils. Not enough paper cups; we used our same cup for 3 days as nothing was replaced. Mattress was too soft and not great for people with bad backs. Frame was flimsy. Worst of all was that the Wi-Fi did not work. Called the Vacassa number four times to inform them and follow up progress. This was never sorted in the time we were there. Could not believe that the on site office was closed on Fridays and Saturdays … probably the two busiest data of the week. Will definitely avoid booking into a Vacassa property in the future

A Pleasant Stay

The view was nice and the neighborhood quiet. Made for a relaxing time. Overall I would recommend it to most people. The one exception is the showers. The tub shower didn't have enough pressure to use. The other shower had tight confines and no shelf or caddy. I was fine, but my pregnant wife had trouble reaching soap and shampoo. It would be a challenge for people with mobility issues.

Price can't be beat for a stay near the beach that accommodates dates Dogs.

Loved hearing, seeing and being close to the beach with my dog. Room appeared clean. Rating is low due to not having a workable TV, and vacasa not fixing it, or supplying an alternate solution. I asked for another room and they said they would look into it, but never called me back during my stay.

We had a nice stay at our little motel. The space was perfect for us, location was good for where we needed to go and price was great for what we expected to arrive to. Overall it was just a good stay... would have been excellent had it been a bit cleaner/updated, we had been able to use the tv (the remote was missing and we couldn't program it) and it was actually "steps" away from the beach like the ad said. I guess we would stay again, but I don't think I would necessarily recommend it highly.

Unsafe; unclean; don't waste your money

This place relatively easy to locate although be warned that parking spots are small. Upon entering, there's a very strong cleaning supply smell (in covid, that's a good thing) although comforter and bed skirt were stained and bed had clearly been sat on after being made. There were footprints all over the floors as well as hair and dirt against the walls and furniture feet. The heater was small and a fire hazard. The heating elements came on but the fan wouldn't blow. After turning on and off four times, the fan finally started up. There's no water pressure and it doesn't get past luke warm (I'm not exaggerating). The sink and shower both back up very rapidly. At one point we messaged management because the sink wouldn't drain and never heard anything back. The walls were paper thin, as others have noted. We could heard the neighbor unit's dog growling at us when we got back from dinner. Bed was not super stable and frame felt very loose - I was nervous to roll over. Overall, this was horrible. We stayed here because we didn't think we could get our money back but in hindsight, we should have just slept in the car instead. On the plus side, we didn't bring home bedbugs so there's something to be thankful for.

Basic but met our needs

Nice view of the ocean and good location to food and grocery options. Huge beaches nearby. The apartment is small but dog friendly, which we needed, so that worked great. There is no way to cook but there is refrigerator, coffee maker and microwave. Since you don’t go to the beach to stay inside, it was all we needed. If I had one important suggestion, it would be that they add a coat rack or coat hooks on the entrance wall, as it rained hard while there and there is no closet, so no place to hang up damp coats and other clothing. The bathroom has some rust and isn’t in top shape, but again, did what it needed to do. So, other than the storage/hanging options, it served us just fine.

High price, low quality

Unfinished bathroom shower with no light, bathtub clogged, cheap and uncomfortable furniture, holes in bathroom door, paper thin walls (can hear every word the neighbor says, even his snoring), single ply toilet paper, loose electrical outlets, poorly patched holes throughout room. Slow WiFi and very basic cable. No heat at all in the bathroom.
