This studio condo is a short drive from shopping and dining, and just blocks from seven miles of gorgeous Oregon beach. On rainy days, you can take shelter in your home and admire the waves from your balcony.

The main room of this hotel-style condo is both a living room and bedroom, with a queen-size bed and leather sofabed accommodating two guests each. Stay entertained with a flatscreen cable TV and full WiFi before getting a good night's sleep. For just a small nightly fee, your canine companions can come with you and curl up by the warm fireplace.

Lincoln City has plenty of amazing restaurants to try, and thanks to the mini-fridge and microwave provided, you can take home all the leftovers you want! Wake up with a refreshing shower in the bathroom and a fresh cup of coffee thanks to the coffee maker before heading out to explore!

It was a great place to stay for a great price very clean could improve on the bed it was pretty hard and uncomfortable and the tv remote would stop working sometimes had to unplug the tv to reset it each time i loved the dove products provided for the shower

Mostly clean, with a good bathroom and clean towels. Nice little deck with chairs for sunsets, although the first floor view is obstructed by trees. Wifi wasn't great. Floors and walls are thin and noise from neighbors can get annoying. Terrible bed (propped up by.lumber underneath) which sagged and was uncomfortable. Great automated check in and out via text. No keys needed. Still, an affordable stay for a quick visit or overnighter.

Good thing is room smells good clean bathroom clean floors, blankets where not that clean lots of pubic hair left on the sheets and pillows so our first night we didn't cover with anything cuz my wife was gross out, thankfully the fireplace works . They did bring clean blankets and sheets next morning. So all and all if it wasn't for the hair on the sheets. I would have been great to a point. I guess better than motel 6.

First thing upon arrival, there was NO parking. We had to park quite a ways away and walk up to the unit. Being 8 months pregnant, I didn't enjoy that part. The unit was clean, and we enjoyed the patio being available. The fireplace was not working. The noise from the neighboring units was extremely loud, we brought a fan and played some white noise sounds to sleep.

Disliked The deception that you a had a view of the ocean when in fact you did not!! Broken fireplace Uncomfortable bed Cold room No ice or snacks available No staff available (for extra supplies ie coffee, towels, ect...)(we also likef this as well) We would stay again if the price is right we just would know what we were getting certainly not ocean front certainly not a view and I could see you with more people renting that parking could be an issue especially as I'm disabled and there didn't seem to be any disabled parking spots it was just first come first serve

This is not a normal Vacasa rental; it's basically a bare-bones budget hotel room. But that is to be expected for the price - I don't think you could get a nicer place for so little! The office was closed due to Covid so if you need anything, you need to call Vacasa. I'm including a list of the amenities at the end to help you plan your trip. I recommend bringing cleaning supplies, tissues, paper towels, and extra toilet paper. First impression is not great, but on closer inspection it's mostly cosmetic (messy grout, chipped paint, cracked tiles, rust, etc). I saw no mold/mildew in the room, but the common hallways were pretty dirty and I had to sweep the floor when we arrived, lots of sand & pet hair. Pros: - Cost - Location! You can see the beach from the balcony, and a few min drive in either direction down Highway 101 will take you to shops, restaurants, and public beach access - mini fridge with small freezer area, and a coffee maker were included; we ate breakfast and sometimes lunch in our room to reduce covid exposure, and it winds up saving $ too - good water pressure in the shower! Cons: - LOUD. Part of this is luck of the draw with who is staying there, but a big part is that there is zero soundproofing, thin walls, and no carpet. It was like a herd of elephants running laps in the room above us and up and down the stairs. Also, a lot of the doors to the other units stick; you could tell people had to slam them to shut them. We slept very, very poorly, even with a white noise machine, the bathroom exhaust fan on, and pillows covering our heads - The walk to the beach is longer than it seems and very steep. After walking it the first day, we drove to public beach access (which is great!) -It got really warm and humid in our room despite temps in the 60s for our whole trip. We opened the balcony door a lot but there's no screen to keep out bugs, and no fan to circulate air -there is just a sheer curtain on the sliding door to the balcony, so be prepared to wake up with the sun. It also made me feel kind of exposed, but unless someone on the next balcony cranes their neck, no one can really see in EVERYTHING included in the room: - 4 pillows, 2 blankets, 1 top sheet, 1 fitted sheet -1 bottle hand soap -1 bottle hand sanitizer -small toiletries (3x shampoo, conditioner, bar soap) -6 set bath linens (towel, hand towel, wash cloth) -3 kitchen towels -4 packets coffee -4 packets sugar/cream/stirrer -1 roll toilet paper - broom & dustpan

Location on the coast was good. That’s all. Patio was unusable. Smelled like dog very strong and I had to spend $20 getting sprays and filters to not throw up. Dogs bark every time you leave your room whether it’s 10am, 5pm or 2am. Dogs will wake you up at 8am. Hallway was dirty every day. It doesn’t look anything like the picture and there was residual dog hair everywhere. I sent a message to management about it and they were like “sorry”. Hated it.

While the room provided good shelter, we had some issues with cleanliness upon arrival, and observed some cosmetic damage to the room. There was a issue with the electric fireplace, we noticed it wouldn't turn off and left the room extremely hot at times. Security was great, the lock used on the door worked great.

The room was perfect for me during my three nights there. For the price, I would definitely stay again. Big main area with lots of room for activities! Bed, couch, dorm fridge, microwave, coffee pot, gas fireplace, and cable TV (volume can only be changed from TV itself). Bathroom has good water pressure, the shower head is really low though. While neither of these bothered me much it's worth mentioning. The walls are super thin so you can hear everything from surrounding apartments. Also getting to and from the beach is a bit of a trek with stairs and a steep hill.
