The room was way bigger than we expected which was really nice. Also appreciated that there were not carpets in the rooms like usual. Location was nice to get to lots of different places easily. It's located right on the highway, but we could not hear highway traffic or anything like that in the room.

The room had a bunch of garbage, used dog toys, etc under the beds. We stayed in room 117 which literally opens up directly to the front lobby. There was no privacy, it was very loud late into the night and early morning with people going in and out, dogs barking, loud voices, doors shutting. Our entire family and dog didn’t get any rest. The property is well maintained. The pool was nice and the hospital staff were great.

The highlight of my stay was making the mini waffles at breakfast. While the pool was just okay, the hot tub was honestly disgusting. It looked like someone had put soap in it, leaving the water incredibly murky and gross. To make matters worse, there was a strong mold smell everywhere and huge moldy spots all over the bathroom.

Three model is just wonderful so much better than it was in the past. They also have a breakfast bar in the morning which they didn't have in the past which is very nice. All the staff are wonderful friendly and helpful.

The room was clean but smelled very moldy and we had to keep the window open to let fresh air in. The pool and hot tub had so much chlorine that you can taste it in the air when you walk through the doors. The staff was very polite and friendly.
