🚭 SMOKE-FREE BUILDING: please smoke only in the smoking hut in the parking lot, never in the unit, on balconies or on the grounds. Strictly enforced by Lodge management.
🐾 No pets, per building policy.
👟 Remove ski and snow boots at the door to protect the floors.
🏊 Please return pool towels to the unit when finished.
🌂 No towels or items over the balcony bannister — use chairs or tables.
🔥 No grilling or cooking on balconies. Summer grills are in the picnic area by the outdoor pool.
🔑 Leave your key on the kitchen counter at checkout.
🗑️ Please tidy up, take out trash, and remove all personal items before leaving.
🪟 Lock all windows and doors when heading out.
🤫 Quiet hours are 10 PM to 9 AM. Please keep noise down in the hallways and common areas.
💡 Turn off lights and fans. Set heat to 60°F or turn off AC when leaving.
