This 3 bedroom/2 full bath garden style condo is located in Forest Ridge, a picturesque neighborhood across from Loon Mountain. The unit is on the 2nd floor, perched over the pond. Enjoy the beautiful waterfront view and fresh mountain air from your private balcony. Forest Ridge offers a recreation building with an indoor pool and hot tub, outdoor pool, exercise facilities and game area. There is so much to do without leaving the property, but you're centrally located in the White Mountains!

The condo is an end unit located on the second floor of a garden style condo building. It features 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. The master has an en suite bathroom, a mini split air conditioner, and a slider to access the balcony over the pond. The second bedroom has a queen bed, and the third has a queen and twin. There is an air mattress available for additional sleeping space. The open concept living and dining area is spacious, and also offers access to the balcony via sliding doors. There is a high quality sleeper sofa that offers space for 2 more guests. There is a gas fireplace to cozy up to after a long day of exploring the mountains. The Forest Ridge Recreation building (pass in unit for access) is a short walk away, making this unit a great option for families.
