Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Seated at the base of Loon Mountain’s South Peak, in New Hampshire`s gorgeous White Mountains. Enjoy nature, hiking and lovely mountain scenery! Great area dining, and outdoor activities. Indoor pool and Jacuzzi are open and located in our facility. Great restaurants within walking distance. Free shuttle bus service to Loon Lift gate. Pemigewasset River in back.

You’ll love our 2nd Floor Studio Condo with kitchen. Enjoy the Large Flat Screen TV with cable TV, Free HBO and Roku for your favorite streaming service. Relax with a complementary Keurig coffee on our quiet private balcony with lovely mountain views. Relax in comfort in our newly renovated private bathroom. Enjoy all the amenities of our resort including our indoor pool, seasonal outdoor pool, Jacuzzi, sauna, game room, billiards, and ping-pong. On site coin-operated laundry, free parking, free shuttle service to Loon Mountain During Ski Season.

This is a private Hotel/Condo with full resort amenities for your enjoyment! You`ll love our indoor pool and outdoor pool, hot tub, sauna, access to the Pemigawsett River, Great Room with fireplace, large common deck that faces Loon Mountain, game room, billiard room and on site laundry.

I am sometimes available to meet guests in person. Otherwise I will answer messages, text or phone calls promptly.

Lots of wonderful things to do and see.
The area has the most waterfalls and hiking trails in all of New Hampshire.
Popular sights are: The Lost River, The Flume Gorge, The Basin, Franconia Falls, Clarke’s Trading Post (Bear Show), Kangamagus Highway (Top 10 most scenic highways in US), Whales Tail water park, Ice Castles in the Winter

There are some great restaurants and sites within walking distance. Other historic sites and trails will require a bike or an automobile. The resort offers plenty of free parking.

The onsite Front desk is not for AirBnB guests. They are a rental company that rents other units at a much higher rate.
HOUSE RULES
Please remember this is a someone`s home NOT A HOTEL. Please be respectful to the property.
• NO SMOKING (even on balcony) –You will be responsible for a $250 fine if caught smoking in the building. (Management Rules)
• NO PETS – You will be responsible for a $150 per day fine if caught with an animal in apartment. (Management rules)
• LEAVE KEYS on kitchen counter when leaving. You will be responsible for a $10 key replacement (Management Rules)
• Please leave room clean and dispose of all personal items.
• No Ski Boots Worn Inside Apartment (damages floor) You will be responsible for any damages if Ski Boots damage floor
• No Towels or personal items over balcony bannisters. You can put them on table or chairs (Management Rules)
• Bring towels back from pool.
• Make sure all windows and doors are locked when you leave
• Report any damages as soon as possible. We understand things happen. But we need to know.
• Turn off lights and fans and heat down to 55 or turn off AC when leaving

Great place to stay!

Right at the bottom of Loon Mountain, great location for exploring the White Mountains. A great place to come back to after a day of outdoor winter fun! My kids loved the pool, and the pullout sofa was ACTUALLY comfortable!

Love this place. 7 minute drive to loon, the apartment was clean and cozy. The communication with the property owner was amazing, asked if everything was on during I stay. Great customer service.

Fantastic Stay

Thank you so much for hosting us. The bed was super comfortable and we had everything we needed in the room! The view from the balcony was beautiful and the pool area was really nice. Thank you also for taking the time to check in on us and communicate so frequently. We didn’t have any issues but I had faith that if we did, you would have gotten back to us quickly. I hope to deal with you again someday!

Great condo.

Room was very clean and had everything we needed. Was a little disappointed when the indoor pool and hot tub was closed but not the owners fault. I would definitely stay here again.

Perfect efficiency as a home base for us

The place was perfect for what we needed. Nice to have a kitchen to cook and not have to get take out for every meal. The indoor pool was a fun thing to do with the kids at the end of an active day visiting around the area. The kids also loved the game room. The only little thing was that the pullout sofa was very hard and not great for sleeping. Everything else was great! Communication with property owner was excellent! We would stay there again!

Perfect Getaway

Host was friendly, responsive, and provided all property and check-in info before our arrival. Studio apartment and property were clean and well maintained. Loved the view from the balcony for morning coffee and evening drinks. Apartment had everything we needed for our stay. We would go back!
