That being said, they need to train all the staff in customer service skills, polite etiquette and how to assist the guests with whatever they have questions about. Upon check-in (after 12 midnight), the older lady did not inform me of any basic services or rules of the hotel. "We just stayed one night. Our room was clean and comfortable and the service was great. Christine checked us in. She was very informative and helpful. The shower was great! Nothing super special about it except that the water pressure was awesome! We had a nice glass of wine at the bar. All around it was a nice stay. I would rent again and would recommend. "

"A lot to enjoy here! Spacious, clean, with both indoor and outdoor pool (though be aware, not heated and VERY cold). But the mattress was easily the worst I've experienced at a hotel in years. Overall, very happy with service, this was what I expected it to be, lovely spot in the White Mountains. But a handful of extras could turn this into an incredible location instead of merely a fine one."
