  • Location, location, location! Great base camp for all White Mountain outdoor adventure (hiking, biking, fishing, skiing, swimming, tennis, etc). Directly on the East Pemi River close to the Lady’s Bathtub swimming hole. Easy access to White Mountain hiking trailheads and just down the street from Loon Mtn entrance. Walk/bike to downtown Lincoln on the paved trail (less than 1 mile) for Black Mtn Burger, Common Man, One Love Brewery, Seven Birches Winery, shops and more. Minutes to Franconia Notch, Cannon Mtn…. and a short trip down the Kancamangus to North Conway. The possibilities are endless for an amazing vacation!
