3 bed, 2 full bath, 2nd floor end unit at Riverfront Condo. 1/2 mile to Loon Mountain. When done skiing in the winter or , hiking in the summer, build yourself a fire, pour yourself a drink and relax. Wake up to the sight and sound of the river just outside your bedroom window.

Air Conditioning. Sleeps 6 - 1 king and 4 twins. 2 large comfy sofas in the living room.

Nicely furnished, open floor plan has granite countertops - open kitchen, dining and living area make for great entertaining. Fresh sheets & towels provided and kitchen has everything you need to cook in. Or dine out at any one of the many restaurants within a mile. Free Wifi. Great for the family.

Great fun all year round - winter, spring, summer, and fall.

We enjoyed our stay. It was quiet and felt safe and had a nice view of the river behind. There was a great bike path running in front of the property, and it gave us the opportunity to walk safely to The Highland Games over at Loon. Easy directions, easy parking, comfortable and clean place (okay, a few popcorn kernels in the couch and a pair of underwear in the dryer, but otherwise pretty spotless). Responsive communication from the property manager prior to arrival. Quick drive to town. Would definitely stay again.

We had a great time staying here. The location is so convenient to all the restaurants and stores in Lincoln. We visited multiple nearby places to see the fall color. The property is clean and spacious.

The unit was as described. It was on a lovely section of the river, however the photo on the listing could not possilbe have been taken from in the unit itself. It definitely has a winter mountain vibe, with many instances of ski decor. A bit worn. Well equipped. The pillows, especially those on the king bed need to be replaced, however the bed itself was comfortable.

Family vacation

This is our third year staying at Kirk’s condo. It has everything you need. The place is always spotless. It’s close to downtown Lincoln. Lots of great places to grab a bite to eat or head to the river to relax. Lots of nearby hiking trails too.

Thank you for a wonderful stay!

We enjoyed our long weekend at this property! Tucked away but close enough to it all. There was enough space for our group and check in and out went seamlessly. Beautiful setting! Comfortable for our children and Papa as well. Enough pots, pans, etc. Games were a hit especially the very cool chess board. It was awesome to listen to the river sounds with the windows open. Thank you, we will be back!

Didn’t want to leave!

Great place and the perfect size for our family of six. The condo is in a great location and you can’t beat the view of the river. It was pretty chilly our last night, so we lit a fire. The fireplace really puts out some good heat, and the condo association leaves piles of wood outside for everyone’s use. Would absolutely stay here again. ❤️

Summer getaway

The condo is a perfect getaway for a relaxing week. It has everything you need. Downtown Lincoln is nearby. There are many hiking trails in the area and also attractions for families with younger children. This is our third time renting from Kirk. The condo is spotless. The condo is on the second floor so there is a flight of stairs.

Peaceful Retreat

My husband, adult daughter and I stayed for the weekend prior to peak foliage season. The condo was very clean and had everything to cook with. The balcony overlooked the Pemi river and it was so soothing to listen to at night and sit and drink a cup of coffee in the morning. Lincoln is a great town to walk around in which is in walking distance. I would rent here again! The only downfall was that I couldn't stay longer!!

Wonderful place!

If you love to hike and be outdoors, then this is the spot for you! The location is perfect, which allowed us to do more activities than normal. So many trails were minutes away. For the actual property, we were so impressed with the cleanliness. Safe to say it’s the cleanest rental we’ve ever stayed in. Also, some rentals immediately scream ‘hey thanks for the money, here’s a bed’ the second you walk in, but this property was so warm and welcoming and had everything that was needed. We had a great experience with this property. The owner is very responsive and we will likely stay here again.

Right on the River

The location was excellent; close to town but nestled in nature, end unit next to pool and bbq, and right on the river so teens could play and adults enjoyed the serenity. I would absolutely return. Condo was very clean, well equipped, cozy, and updated. Everyone was comfortable. AC was available in each room, but not necessary with the cool mountain breeze and we loved sleeping to the sound of the river. I initially made a mistake with my email in VRBO so had to call for confirmation. They fixed the mistake for me, but I still never got a check-in letter before arrival, so it took a while to figure out the unit number, etc. Even though customer service from VRBO was friendly, they could do better with information so people don’t have to search page by page on the app to find simple check-in instructions. Owner wrote me back right away for my initial issue; we had no other conversation. Some furniture was updated positively, and some changed around seasonally; pictures on website could reflect new changes.

We loved sitting out on the porch, listening to the water. He even supplied blankets for us to use since it was a little bit chilly in the fall air. The property was easy to find and close to all of the things we wanted to see in the white mountains.

We love staying at Kirk’s place. It’s quiet and peaceful. He has everything you need, well stocked kitchen, comfortable beds with extra blankets and fans/AC for the warm days. Close to the Lost River, the Flume and Clark’s Trading Post plus many hiking trails.
