Enjoy the year round comforts of this great condo in the White Mountains. With shuttle service across to Loon and views of the mountain, this condo is ideal for a ski trip. The summer and fall are great for hiking, excellent mountain biking trails across the street at Loon, canoe/kayak/tubing on the river, swimming and tennis right next door. Our spot in Clearbrook is a perfect access point to the hiking trails both across the Kanc and further north. Very comfortable for a family, couple, or friends, and plenty of space for everyone. The open living space is very comfortable and inviting. You will feel relaxed from the moment you arrive and fully enjoy the outdoors! Access to heated pools and hot tubs and the Village of Loon. So much to enjoy in the town of Lincoln, with many great restaurants and activities.

Great Condo at Loon!

The property was perfect for me and my family! It was close to the mountain, had access to pools and hot tubs, the beds were comfortable, and it was very quiet!

Awesome property, fit the 8 of us perfectly. Kitchen stocked with so much, recommend you check out the cupboard before heading to the market, could have saved a few bucks if I had! We visited the pools one day, and they were lovely, definitely nice to have access to. The location is perfect to so many local attractions. We had a great time!

Nice Spot in Loon Village

We had a great time at the property. It was part of Loon Village and the shuttle ran constantly. The beds were comfortable and clean, and the fireplace was a fun bonus. Our only disappointment was that the property needed a deep clean overall - a lot of dead bugs and big webs hanging from walls/ceiling. A good deep clean and the place would be totally perfect! Nonetheless, we still had a fun time!

Great location within The Village Resort of Loon

The rental experience was superb. Owners were prompt with communication via VRBO app and answered all our questions. We had been looking for a few rentals that would allow us to accommodate our kittens and they did. We did our own planning to make sure they (the kittens) were kept cleaned and well behaved inside the rental. The house was clean and had everything we needed from cooking to strong, reliable WIFI for work and the kids devices. The amenities were fine. The indoor, outdoor, and multiple hot tubs was great for the kids. We used the gym at the community facility as well. The gym needs an update but had enough to get our workout needs met. We had no problems and would recommend booking this location.
