Welcome to Mountainside Manor, a 5 bedroom, 4.5 bath Adirondack style retreat located in the exclusive South Peak Resort at Loon Mountain. Completed in December 2024, this custom built home offers two king suites, modern amenities, and a premium location. Après ski by the fire, ride the trails in summer, or relax by the river — Mountainside Manor is your perfect year round mountain getaway.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:

Load and start the dishwasher

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish

Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys

1. Please turn things off (lights, electronics, TV, fireplaces, appliances, etc.). 2. Please lock all doors and windows. 3. Please rainse dishes, load them into the dishwasher and start the cycle.

4. Please make sure hot tub is covered. 5. Please notify us when you leave so we can begin our chores.

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Rules

No smoking, vaping, e-cigarette, or illegal drug use inside or outside the house. Any violation of these rules will result in a fine.
