  • This first floor 3 bedroom/2 bath condo is just across the street from the new Timber Town lift at Loon`s South Peak. Walk over to the lifts via the brand new path right from your front door for a day of skiiing in the winter, or over to the JE Henry Trail to explore swimming holes along the Pemigwasset River during the warmer months. You`ll be within a mile to shops and restaurants on Lincoln`s Main St, making this an ideal basecamp for your adventures! Brand new hot tub available for whole building use

    You have access to the hot tub on site that is shared with the other units in the development. You will also have access to the Mountain Club on Loon- amenities include indoor and outdoor pools, hot tubs, saunas and steam rooms, fully equipped fitness center, tennis courts and game rooms. The Viaggio Spa is on-site and offers an extensive list of available services.
