No Ski Boots Worn Inside Apartment (damages floor)
No Towels over balcony bannisters
No grilling or cooking on balconies. Summer grills are in the picnic area by the outdoor pool.
Bring towels back from pool
Make sure all windows and doors are locked when you leave
Quiet hours are 10 PM to 9 AM. Please keep noise down in the hallways and common areas.
Turn off lights and fans and heat down to 60 or turn off AC when leaving
