"Room floor was dirty, ants everywhere. Moved bed to be closer to outlet and find bottom of bed full of trash from previous stays. Bedsheets as well as towels all stained and walls covered in dust. Very neglected place."

Spacious 5 BR house in the Historic Virginia Park District of Midtown Detroit.
10/10 Excellent
"We had a wonderful stay in this spacious, historic Detroit home. It easily accommodated our large family, with a perfect gathering spot around the big dining table and plenty of room to spread out for games and long conversations. We did encounter a major glitch upon arrival, but the owner handled it immediately and with true grace and was incredibly responsive, helpful, and committed to making things right.Overall, a great home base for our family trip, and we appreciated both the charm of the house and the outstanding host support."
Luxury infinite Motion unit located in New Center Area Historic District!
2/10 Terrible
"The stay was very disappointing. The tub was dirty with hair in it, and the bathroom sink also had hair stuck in the stopper. The carpet and furniture had stains, and I even found an old spill under the couch that clearly hadn’t been cleaned. The hot water pressure was extremely low, and overall the space just didn’t feel clean or comfortable. I didn’t even shower because the bathroom felt too unsanitary. The place did not feel like “home,” and the lack of cleanliness really affected the stay."
"Incredible and beautiful apartment, just like in photos. Truly much better than I expected! very reasonable price point as well. Great neighborhood as well. Perfect for what I needed to visit Henry Ford hospital, which was just 15 min up the road. I could happily live here full time!"
