Located within a gated community and a residential property, it was a “home away from home” experience that no hotel stay can duplicate. "This property was a nice safe place for family of 4. It was in a more residential neighborhood. A car is a must if you are going to stay here as it's a ways from beaches and night life. There is one bar/restaurant that is walkable and was great for breakfast and drinks. It does include washer and dryer but no laundry detergent and minimal toiletries/towels. Some touches such as laundry detergent, beach chairs that you could take to beaches, and some toiletries would make it 5 stars. "

"Brad was easy to communicate with. This is the second time we’ve stayed here and wouldn’t want to be any where else when we come to town. Easy walk to anywhere in Cruz Bay. The property is always in great shape. The condo was welcoming. You can’t find a better property than this one if you want to be close to town.The views are amazing. Great way to start every day with a cup of coffee, watch the sun come up and the boats come and go. Same with the sunsets. Just a wonderful view."
"Stayed here with my brother and both our boys, for a guys trip. This place had 4 beach chairs, 4 big comfy beach towels and a cooler. That was just what we needed. The kitchen was small, but clean and organized. Each room has its own remote to set the temperature which cooled it very well. The remote was hidden behind the curtain mounted on the wall.Walk into town, be careful to look for cars. Next door has a rundown house, but the people were friendly.Found a few board games that we could play in a cabinet. TV’s in each room were great.I would absolutely stay there again, when I bring my wife back."
