"I rarely write reviews, but I felt this one was important to share. We recently stayed here and unfortunately had an issue with unexpected construction taking place in the building during our stay. The noise significantly impacted our ability to enjoy the property during the daytime, and I was admittedly very disappointed with the situation. However, what happened afterward completely changed my opinion. I reached out to management after our stay and explained my frustration. I made it clear that I was not asking for a full refund—I simply felt the inconvenience should be acknowledged with some reasonable compensation. Their response went far beyond what I expected. They apologized, took responsibility for the situation, and processed a full refund for our stay. I believe you learn a lot more about a business by how they handle a problem than when everything goes perfectly. Problems happen. What matters is whether a company listens to its customers and makes things right. They absolutely did. I also want to specifically recognize Adam, who was extremely kind, professional, and apologetic throughout our stay. I appreciate the way management ultimately handled the situation. They didn't just acknowledge my concerns—they went above and beyond to m"

"Elizabeth and her team jumped immediately into action when I had an issue with the Villa. Problem fixed within 30 minutes. The Villa is well appointed, spacious and beautiful views for my family of 9. Every room had its own bathroom and shower. Pool was a little small but kept cool enough to cool down on those hot Caribbean days. 5 stars!"

"Our family of 13 enjoyed a wonderful week at this villa in St. John. We’ve been to St. John several times in the past, but the location of this property was ideal for walking into town. We still used a vehicle for getting to the beaches and other activities. Great views, large pool, and a spacious great room and outdoor area were wonderful for our large group. Loved the covered outdoor area, but a few umbrellas by the lounge chairs would be great. We didn’t cook in much, but the outdoor and indoor kitchens make that a possibility for those who wish to do so. Looking forward to another stay at this villa!"

"We had such a great stay at Indigo Blue! The studio was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The location was perfect we could walk to restaurants, shops, and the ferry, and it was so nice being right on the water. It’s a quick 5 min walk to the taxis and ferry.We especially loved sitting out on the beach in the evenings. Easy to walk down with chairs that are provided. The highlight was seeing a big star fish one morning! The views of Cruz Bay were beautiful, and it was the perfect place to stay after spending the day exploring St. John. The pool and hot tub were nice too. The hosts were great and everything was easy from check-in to check-out. We honestly couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend Indigo Blue if you’re visiting St. John"
