Apartment 'Ferienwohnung Zur Imme' with Mountain View, Wi-Fi and Air Conditioning

The cozy vacation apartment "Zur Imme" awaits you in a quiet area on the outskirts of Lindau on the eastern shore of Lake Constance. The 115m² apartment consists of a living room with sofa bed, a very well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, 2 pine wood bedrooms each with a king size double bed and TV, as well as 2 bathrooms with 2 showers and a whirlpool and thus offers space for 4-6 people. Facilities also include WLAN, air conditioning, a fireplace, a TV and a washing machine. A baby crib and high chair are available on request. You are also welcome to use a parking space, a garage for your car and a bicycle storage room.



On the furnished balcony with barbecue facilities, you can end the day relaxing with a glass of wine and enjoying the view. A wellness oasis in the basement with sauna, steam bath and whirlpool, which can be used on request, is also available to you in the fall and winter months for a small fee. In the owners' private bar you can watch live soccer matches on the big screen TV. With the city bus, which stops directly at the apartment, you can reach all districts and outdoor pools of the island town of Lindau and the surrounding area free of charge with your guest card. The island of Lindau with its historic old town is around 2.6 km from the accommodation and can be reached on foot in around half an hour or in 10 minutes by car. The boats to Rorschach, Constance and Bregenz also depart from here. The nearest supermarket is a 15-minute walk (1.2 km) or a 5-minute drive away. Bed linen and towels are included in the price. Rundum perfekt!

Pros: Wir hatten einen rundum perfekten Aufenthalt! Die Lage der Unterkunft ist ideal – ruhig und trotzdem ist man schnell in der Altstadt. Die Bushaltestelle befindet sich fast direkt vor der Tür. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber, liebevoll eingerichtet und bestens ausgestattet – es hat wirklich an nichts gefehlt. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir die Gastgeber, die ausgesprochen freundlich und hilfsbereit waren. Wir haben uns vom ersten Moment an willkommen gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder. Absolute Empfehlung! Cons: Wir haben nichts zu bemängeln.

Pros: Liebe Jeannette und Clemens, Wir hatten einen unvergesslichen Aufenthalt in der Ferienwohnung "Zur Imme". Die Wohnung war liebevoll eingerichtet, sauber und mit allem ausgestattet, was wir für einen entspannten Urlaub brauchten. (auch für Kinder) Die Lage war perfekt, die schöne Küche, die gemütliche Grillzone, die herrliche Aussicht, wunderschöne Spabereich. Der Vermieter war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir können diese Ferienwohnung absolut empfehlen und würden jederzeit wiederkommen!

Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet und beinhaltet alles was man braucht.Die Eigentümer sind sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.Wir haben uns während des Aufenthalts sehr wohl gefühlt.Direkt vor dem haus befindet sich eine Bushaltestelle, so dass wir unkompliziert Lindau erreichen konnten.

Perfekter Urlaub in einer Traumwohnung

Pros: Sehr nette Gastgeber - sehr freundlich - Wohnung liegt in einem ruhigen Stadtteil - perfekter Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen - Bushaltestelle ca 100 Meter entfernt - Bus kommt alle 30 Minuten - große Dachterrasse mit Ausblick - große Küche mit schönen Eßbereich - der Kaffeevollautomat war der Hammer - cooler Kamin im Wohnbereich - war sehr gemütlich zumal auch Schnee fiel - die Wohnung ist zu empfehlen es fehlt nichts - sehr sauber - ankommen und sich wohl fühlen Bier stand bei Ankunft auch schon im Kühlschrank. Sehr nette Gastgeben und tolle Wohnung

Wir waren zu 4 Personen in Lindau und wurden vom Hausherrn herzlich willkommen geheißen und in die Wohnung geführt. Eine wunderschöne Wohnung mit allen technischen Möglichkeiten. Zur Begrüßung fanden wir eine Flasche Sekt, Wasser und einen Obstkorb vor. Die Vermieter waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Man hatte das Gefühl, wirklich herzlich willkommen zu sein. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und können diese Unterkunft wärmstens empfehlen.

Pros: Gute Anbindung an den öffentlichen Nahverkehr und nicht so belebt wie die Insel Lindau selbst, vor allem am Wochenende. Cons: An heißen Tagen fehlt oberhalb des Sees ein bisschen die frische Brise, dafür ist die Aussicht besser.

Rundum perfekt, nur das Wetter hätte etwas besser sein können.

Pros: Die Ferienwohnung war perfekt für uns 4 Gäste. Super ausgestattet und eine sehr gute Lage. Wir sind leidenschaftliche Radfahrer. Wir konnten von der „Imme“ aus sehr schöne Radtouren machen, am Bodensee entlang und auch über Österreich bis in die Schweiz, einfach traumhaft. Jetzt noch ein paar Worte zu den Vermietern. Einfach genial können wir da nur sagen, seht freundlich, immer ein offenes Ohr für uns. Wenn wir mal Wünsche oder Fragen äußerten, wurden diese schnellstmöglich erfüllt. Selbst in Notsituationen (defektes Auto) hat uns Herr Obermeier umgehend geholfen. In kurzen Worten, man kann sich keine besseren Vermieter wünschen bzw. vorstellen. Cons: Teilweise das Wetter und das nicht sehr stabile W-Lan

Wir sind schon zum dritten mal am Bodensee ,dies war bis jetzt die schönste Wohnung mit allen Raffin

Pros: Schöner Urlaub am Bodensee. Wir (4Erwachsene) waren im Monat Mai 1Woche Gast in der Ferienwohnung "Zur Imme" bei Vermieter Clemens Obermaier. Der Gastgeber ist sehr aufgeschlossen und immer für einen kleinen Plausch zu haben. Ein Willkommensgruß: kalte Getränke und ein wirklich toller Obstkorb wartete schon auf uns. Der Vermieter selbst wohnt ebenfalls im Haus ,bei Nachfragen gab er uns gute Tipps bzw. Hinweise .Ausflüge nach Schaffhausen/ Pfänderbahn oder Insel Mainau konnten wir in vollen Zügen genießen . Man wohnt sehr schön ruhig und ist in kurzer Zeit in touristischen Zentren .Die Wohnung hatte einen sehr schönen Balkon den wir gerne in Anspruch nahmen, auch eine Terrasse stand uns zum Grillen zur Verfügung. Wir fühlten uns sehr wohl. Auf diesem Wege möchten wir uns nochmals für die tolle Zeit bedanken- gerne empfehlen wir sie weiter: LIEBE GRÜSSE AUS DEM VOGTLAND Cons: Ein größeres Sofa wäre schön gewesen

Wir waren rundum zufrieden und kommen gerne wieder. :-)

Pros: Sehr geräumige, bestens ausgestattete Wohnung mit großer Küche, Sonnenterrasse und zwei Bädern (incl. Whirlpoolfunktion in der Badewanne). Wir waren mit unseren 4 Kindern dort und hatten genug Platz. Um die Ecke ist ein schöner Spielplatz. Das Häuserviertel befindet sich in ruhiger Lage und neben einer Apfelplantage. Der kostenlos nutzbare Bus (5 Minuten nach Lindau) fährt vor der Haustür ab. Man kann aber auch super mit den Fahrrädern in die Stadt radeln. Super nettes Vermieterpaar.

Pros: Wir haben Anfang September zu viert eine tolle Woche am Bodensee verbracht. Das lag auch vor allem an der Ferienwohnung "zur Imme". Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und gemütlich und hatte eine tolle Ausstattung, alles da was das Herz begehrt. Auch die Besitzer waren super nett und haben uns viele Tipps zu Restaurants und Ausflüge gegeben. Wir haben uns dort so wohl gefühlt, dass wir gerne nächstes Jahr wiederkommen würden 😊.

Sehr gut ausgestattete FeWo, freundliche, aufmerksame Vermieter

Es war auch dank des Wetters eine klasse Urlaubswoche. Wir sind Eltern mit 3 erwachsenen Kindern (Alter: 27,24,19). Die Wohnung war bei der Anreise mit frischem Obst u. Blumen ausgestattet. Der Balkon zur Westseite war am Abend eine echte Bereicherung (untergehende Sonne). Der Kaffeeautomat hat die Aufenthaltsqualität erhöht. Aber das Beste sind die Vermieter: Das nette Ehepaar Obermaier. Ich habe zum Geburtstag sogar Geschenke bekommen. Herr Obermaier, der Clemens, hat uns gute Empfehlungen für Lokale gegeben und zudem einmal auf meine Bitte hin einen Tisch für uns bestellt (weil wg. der Landesgartenschau nur schwer was zu bekommen war). Der Clemens ist in der Gastro-Szene von Lindau gut vernetzt u. verfügt dementsprechend über eine "bayerische" Überzeugungskraft. Die Hilfsbereitschaft der Obermaiers geht weit über das Normale hinaus! Sehr empfehlenswert!
