The hotel was in a good location, not too far of a walk to most areas of interest, very close to train station. There was some good dining in the area, and access to taxi to get around. The staff at the hotel seemed interested in helping with accommodations and for submitting dinning and shopping options. Luca at the front desk exceeded our expectations in every way, such a great attitude and very pleasant. We would stay there again for the location, rooms seemed a little small.

This property was absolutely amazing. We will definitely be back when visiting Miami

We had a wonderful time at Fontainebleau. The hotel is gorgeous, the staff is incredibly kind from the men outside to the front desk and pool staff. The pool area is fabulous. The only thing I would say can be improved is the housecleaning. This includes the tub not being cleaned, hair on the floor and there was a black stain on one of the comforters that we asked 3 times if it could be replaced and it never was so we just gave up. The same for picking up room service food. They tell you to call them to tell them to pick it up, but no one ever came so after two days we left the table outside the room hoping someone would pick it up, but it was still there when we checked out. It’s only six months old and I’m sure there’s still kinks that need to be worked out and perhaps they’re even short staffed. Even with these few mishaps we’ll definitely be staying there again.
