Cozy Apartment "Heimelig im Allgäu" with Mountain View, Wi-Fi & Terrace

The 60 m² apartment "Heimelig im Allgäu" is located in Lindenberg, in the border triangle of Germany, Austria and Switzerland and just a short drive from Lake Constance. Stretching over 2 floors and boasting a beautiful view of the mountains, the maisonette consists of a living room with a sofa bed for 2, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, one bedroom (with a queen size bed and a bunk bed for 2) as well as one bathroom and can therefore accommodate 6 people. The price includes a linen package consisting of bed linen and towels.



Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, a washing machine and cable television. Furthermore, the apartment boasts a private open terrace where you can start your day with a hot cup of coffee while you admire the beautiful surroundings. In an 8-minute walk you will reach a selection of restaurants, bars and cafes and the nearest supermarket is located a 4-minute walk away (350 m). In approximately 20 minutes by car you will reach Oberstaufen and Steibis which offers skiing in winter and great hiking trails also for advanced hikers in spring, summer and autumn. The eastern shore of Lake Constance where you will find Lindau and Bregenz is approximately 20 minutes away by car. Due to the good traffic connection to the alpine road, you have access to many other streets. The cable car Hochgratbahn is a 28-minute drive from the apartment (25.9 km) and is illuminated at night, which you can also see from the apartment.

Die zentrale Lage am Rand von Lindenberg ist optimal für Ausflüge

Pros: Das Haus ist gemütlich eingerichtet. Die Dachterrasse ist das Highlight und wurde von uns und den Hunden am meisten genutzt. Cons: Durch die zentrale Lage hat sich der Gassigang etwas schwieriger gestaltet.

Geschmackvoll eingerichtete FeWo mit Blick auf die Berge

Die Wohnung ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet und ist aufgrund der Lage ein idealer Ausgangspunkt für Aktivitäten im Allgäu. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter lief vor, während und nach dem Aufenthalt hervorragend und sehr problemlos über WhatsApp. Obwohl wir nie persönlichen Kontakt hatten, fühlte man sich gut betreut :).

Wunderschöne Ferienwohnung

Wir durften unseren Sommerurlaub in diesem Jahr in dieser wunderschönen Ferienwohnung verbringen. Sie verfügt über eine große Dachterasse mit tollem Ausblick. Die Ausstattung ist auch alles andere als Standard mit vielen liebevollen Details. Wir kommen gerne nochmal wieder!!!

Wohlfühlen und tolle Aussicht genießen. Super für viele Unternehmungen

Pros: Die Wohnung ist ein Kleinod, schön und hell eingerichtet, super ausgestattet mit auffallenden Details und urgemütlich bei einer umwerfenden Aussicht. Du kommst an, fühlst Dich wohl und kannst Dir Hände waschen, Kaffee oder Tee machen, Waschmaschine starten: eine tolle "Grundausstattung". Die Gastgeber informieren freundlich, umfassend - man fühlt sich als gerngesehener Gast. Vom Standort aus sind viele Freizeitmöglichkeiten gut erreichbar. Cons: Zugang über Aussentreppe mit ca 25 Stufen. War altersbedingt für uns etwas mühsam.

Tolle Ferienwohnung mit traumhaften Blick

Wundervoll eingerichtete und super ausgestattete Wohnung mit tollen Blick ins Allgäu bis hin zur Hochgratbahn. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Lediglich ein Stern Abzug bezüglich der Beschreibung und Lage, da die Wohnung in Ortsrandlage direkt an einer befahrenen Bundesstraße liegt und daher der Verkehr von den Kuhglocken abhängt.
