  • This is the perfect place to stay in Utah county. Besides being brand new, you find yourself in the best of both worlds—just down the street from vineyard and Orem, 4 miles from UVU and 7 miles from BYU. Just 5 miles from Provo canyon and all that Utah's mountains have to offer . On the other side we have the booming area of American Fork and Lehi Traverse Mountain shopping outlets. 2 minutes from freeway, and close to any restaurant and shopping you could ask for!

    We’re in the ideal location for Utah valley weddings, just a few mins away from sleepy ridge events center, and multiple event centers within 5-10 mins away. Let me know where your event is, and I can let you know how close we are.

    The large apartment (feels like a full house) has private parking and a private entrance. You’ll have access to a large living room, fullly loaded kitchen, plenty of sleep and play space, tv, fireplace, games and more!

    We have another property close by if you’re looking to accommodate multiple families, but also stay near each other.

    This is THE place to stay. It is brand new, built with you in mind. We pride ourselves on taking care of our guests, and we would love to take care of you!
