"The property seemed well maintained and was perfect for hosting my family's Christmas gathering. Parking was easy and ample. Rosetta was also accomodating and quick to answer any questions we had. There's already talks of doing this again. "

"The house was nice and clean overall! The rugs in the kitchen and sitting area need to be replaced, they were stained and dirty. One room did not have any pillow cases."

"This home was a nicely updated older home in a quiet neighborhood. It was clean and well-maintained. We had a good stay, but there were a few hiccups. We did not have clean towels, and found them dirty in the hamper. I washed them, but they should have been done before we checked in. A few other things from the listing were not there, including soap in the master shower, as well as water bottles and snacks, which the owner emailed me saying they would be there. The listing also says there’s a hot tub, but we couldn’t find it. The listing should be updated to be more accurate."

"My brother and I stayed at this house and it was great. Neighborhood was nice and clean. The house was great and very clean except for the master suite toilet. There was fecal matter still smeared in the toilet bowl. Not the tenants fault but the cleaners who clean the house. Also the garbage in the kitchen wasn’t emptied prior to us arriving. Other than that the house was fantastic. I would stay again if I ever travel to Houston again."
