The beds were very comfy, breakfast buffet is outstanding and staff are extremely friendly and welcoming. The spa pools and sauna (with bar) was an unexpected bonus (for a small additional charge). Great overnight stop on our way to Stockholm. The rooms are a bit small, but the positives far outweigh that issue. Great lobby as well to just hang out in and enjoy a cocktail. Highly recommend!

The hotel seemed very crowded. Cups and dishes were left in sitting areas and staff were not cleaning up. No one was at reception when I arrived and staff from the bar had to come do check in.

Good food. Modern hotel
Perfect, other than my room was not serviced Ondeo in 4 nights stay. I put a please clean me thingy on the handle. I didn’t mind but it’s something for travellers to be aware of if you do mind. Foods good though

Fantastic spa, men små rum
The spa was great, but you have to pay even if you have a room, which makes the hotell very expensive because you get a very small room with no mini bar, but you pay 500kr more compared to the other quality hotell in the city , don't know why this deference in price.

Nice for a short escape to Linköping
This is 3.5* hotel so that the quality corresponds to the rating and price. We couldn't enjoy the spa as it was fully booked, but it was worth the money. Lot of space for parking. Some minor issues worth mentioning - The room doors slam too hard shaking nearby rooms which was annoying as I had neighbors going out quite often. Fine during the day but quite annoying late night. - The waiters at the restaurant are nice and correct. But they never look around when walking to see if someone needs something. And they walk fast looking just straight ahead. I had to wait several minutes to get the salt or the bill, and they wouldn't hear me when calling them. I had to chase them. -Breakfast is good and rich in options. Only the bacon and scrambled eggs were a bit cold.

Sloppy and bad service
I am so disappointed! The bad service started already at check in and followed us til the check out the day after. When we asked for a new room given that our present lacked heating and functioning television, they said no at first explaining the hotel was "fully booked". However, then it apparently was fine and after a while we had a new room. Our breakfast was served at 11.15 due to the restrictions, and that is understandable of course. However, when we came to eat.It was sloppy and the food trays were mostly empty. The staff sat down and had their breakfast or lunch instead of making sure that the experience for us customers were at minimum, good. It was such a disappointment given me and my spouse were there to celebrate our love on Valentines Day.

Genomtänkt och samtida/modern hotellkänsla
Kvalitet och premium känsla i allt från utseende, bekvämlighet. Kaffe i lobbyn och bakelser i receptionen. Hög kvalitet på frukosten och trevlig och tillmötesgående personal. Läget är utanför centrum men om inte det är en drivande faktor så är the box komplett på allt annat.
