I am so disappointed! The bad service started already at check in and followed us til the check out the day after. When we asked for a new room given that our present lacked heating and functioning television, they said no at first explaining the hotel was "fully booked". However, then it apparently was fine and after a while we had a new room. Our breakfast was served at 11.15 due to the restrictions, and that is understandable of course. However, when we came to eat.It was sloppy and the food trays were mostly empty. The staff sat down and had their breakfast or lunch instead of making sure that the experience for us customers were at minimum, good. It was such a disappointment given me and my spouse were there to celebrate our love on Valentines Day.
