Decent place- clean, nice staff. Only real problem was our room was on the ground floor next to parking lot. So without any A/C, if we wanted fresh air, we had to hear cars or smell smoke and restaurant food.

My stay was lovely, highly recommend Cassidys, would definitely stay there again if I return to Dublin. My room was generally clean and of a decent size. The only reason I’m giving cleanliness a 4* is because there was a lot of dust in some very obvious places that hadn’t been cleaned. Staff were all friendly and helpful. The hotel itself was so quiet, perfect for me. The breakfast was also really good.

The parking was not clearly explained and it didn't look like you could pull up in front of the hotel. Then there was no parking spots left in the back so we had to park blocks away for the second or third night which they gave us a discount for. Other than that, I would just go prepared for that information and I LOVED the hotel and the staff and the location!

Cassidy's Hotel was a perfect location for walking to catch the buses, dining out, and shopping. It is a bit pricy but worth it for location. Our room was for 4 adults and was quite spacious. The beds were somewhat comfortable, but I am used to a VERY comfortable bed.

Overall, the service and accomodations were so lovely. Our family had 3 rooms, and one of the rooms, room 20 I believe, experienced a LOT of noise from the loading dock of the hotel starting very early in the morning. Those in that room were awakened and unable to get back to sleep with the continued noise.

Location was great for walking around the heart of Dublin. Not too noisy outside and very peaceful inside. It was clean. Didn’t have Air Conditioning, thankfully it was cool enough outside we were fine with the windows open on the 3rd floor. I was nervous a bird would fly into the room. Don’t use the stairs, you will get locked in the stairwell and then scolded for using them when there isn’t an emergency, even though the only sign we saw telling us to not use the stairs was at the bottom, just before entering the restaurant. We stayed in 3 other hotels while in Europe, used the stairs for all of them because that’s how we get extra exercise during travel, and didn’t have issues. We were planning on using the elevator after reading the sign that wasn’t on the 3rd floor. The manager didn’t need to embarrass us in the lobby, after getting through the restaurant. Elevator only for this place!

Great hotel for our stay in Dublin. Very walkable location. Hotel parking was full, but they gave us a voucher for parking in another location which worked out just fine. Room was perfect for our needs.

Everything about this hotel I would rate highly, aside from one thing. The staff at the front desk were rather impolite. I had a simple question for one person at the front desk and she shot me a look like I was annoying her. The process of checking in was rushed and there was no chance for a slightly earlier check-in, which I suppose is common so I can’t complain there. We’re not looking for deference from hotel staff, just a little courtesy and politeness.

We stayed he on the last night of our Ireland trip. It was a nice easy drive to the airpirt in the next morning. The hotel is centrally located. We walked to dinner, shopping and the sites. The hotel was very clean and had a nice classy vibe. We definitely recommend a stay here.
