"We had a wonderful day at Gettysburg. When we got to the property, our room was very warm. The air conditioning did not work at all. The Internet did not work. There was no television. We did turn it into the owner. Who sent somebody at 8:45 PM. They weren’t able to fix it or the Internet in the other rooms. The entire house had an issue with Internet and TV. The person who came stated that we would get a partial refund. We never got an apology even from the owner. I realize things happen. I would’ve thought the owner could’ve at least made it right in some manner. If I ever return back to Gettysburg, it will not I will not stay there. I thought it was very poor customer service."

"Stayed for one night. Great location - our room had battlefield views. Very friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast was varied and very clean. Our room was exceptionally clean and very nice. We will stay here again on our next trip!"
