Motel One never disappoints. This one is great - great room, lobby area with barista at front desk, right in the heart of the action - huge square with tram stops, shopping and restaurants - amazing! Ar Electronica just down the road...loved the city and the hotel!

Excellent service, beautiful modern interior design, great breakfast buffet, very very quiet with windows that open and light blocking curtains for great night’s sleep. Wonderful location on main square convenient to everything in the midst of lots of old world charm. Rooms a bit small but that’s what you get from an inner city hotel.

We had a problem with our dog who was sick and had some great help from the staff. She helped us find a veterinary and the way to go there. The hotel is very well situated. The room was calm and clean. The breakfast was perfect. Thanks a lot

Great experience. The staff was fun, resourceful and adaptable. Not sure of the history but the hotel is on the main square. Not hard to reach via Google Maps. Looks old from the outside. ?building new or heavily renovated. In any case the hotel extends over several other storefronts. Everything inside seems new. Huge underground parking that extends under the square in front/Hauptplatz Had a suite with great views and multiple outside Hotel stored our luggage for a few hours as we toured town after checkout.

Overall okish stay with some disappountments.

I paid for breakfast, but my name was never on the list. I was really cold at night with a single bed duvet on a King bed. The bathroom floor had suspicious thick blobs on the floor and wall next to the toilet, which remained, in spite of a "clean". No kettle. Doors slamming. Very expensive Gin, so I had my drinks elsewhere. The TV comes on with the lights. A plus was 100% soundproof from street noise.
