In the kitchen, you’ll find all the modern appliances you need to cook a delicious meal that you can serve to friends or family sat around the dining table.



The master bedroom has a super comfortable bed with fresh hotel-quality linens. There’s also ample storage and wardrobe space so you can fully unpack and settle in. Black-out blinds keep the room dark so you can always get a good night’s rest and wake up refreshed.



You can freshen up in the well-appointed bathrooms where you can wake up in the morning to an energising shower. Towels will be provided.



The property will be professionally cleaned before your stay.



Guest Access:

You will have the whole place to yourself. There is also a dishwasher in the apartment that you can use. We will provide you with the products needed for it, as well as basic supplies for cooking and shower. The whole place is available.



You may occasionally hear noise from neighbouring apartments, as most buildings in Lisbon aren’t soundproofed!



The Neighborhood:

The apartment's location is in the heart of Lisbon, 50 meters from Santa Justa elevator, 5 minutes from the elevators to get to Santa Cruz do Castelo or 2 minutes from Praca de Comerco.



Apartments are located in the heart of the touristic area, all restaurants and cafe are very close. There is no need to take a car!!! You have just walk for 2 minutes!



Getting Around:

Metro (Baixa Chiado metro station). When you come out from the metro, turn on your right and 100 meters on your left you will see the building ouro Gande with the green Entrance door. There the guard from 9 AM o Clock to 19 pm.



Other Things to Note:

-The flat capacity is for 4 people. No additional guests allowed. There is a double sofa bed in the living room.



-Please note there is an elevator in the building. The flat is on the 1st floor of the building.



-Most homes in Portugal don’t have central heating, but heaters and fans will be provided.



-Electricity: It is fairly common in Lisbon for the electricity to trip if more than two high wattage electrical appliances are being used at the same time. Please keep this in mind when using appliances like heaters, washing machines, hairdryers, kettles, toasters, fans, etc. Guests will be charged €40 if the electricity trips due to overuse.



Check-in time is from 3 pm and check-out time is until 11:00 am.

All guests will be required to present valid IDs before the check-in for registration to the Portuguese security authorities



- If guests lock themselves out of the property OR they do not return keys to the lockbox at checkout, a 50€ fee will apply. If a guest loses a set of keys during their stay, an 80€ fee will apply.



-Please note the water heater has limited capacity. Once the hot water runs out, it will take some time for the water to warm up.



-Please be eco-friendly and turn off all the lights and electrical appliances (such as heaters and fans) when you leave the apartment.



-Check-in: Key collection is done in a lockbox.

-Check-out: Key must be dropped at the same lockbox.

There will be a €50 fee for not returning the key



- Kindly bear in mind that we only provide amenities for the first days of stay.

City Tax may be applicable for this property. This tax is not included in the booking price and will be collected directly from you before the check-in. The amount is calculated per person, per night, and could vary according to local regulations. To ensure a smooth check-in process, we kindly request that you complete this payment in advance.
