About this property

CASA d SINTRA - Accommodation in the historic center of the village of Sintra

Casa d Sintra is a recently renovated 40 m2 studio. It is located on the 1st floor of a typical building on a pedestrian street in the village. It has two windows facing south from one of them you can see the Castelo dos Mouros at the top of the mountain.
All finishes are new, with simple and modern lines.
It has a common room with sofa bed and a simple bed that becomes a bunk bed, allowing a maximum of 4 people to be accommodated.
The kitchen is large and equipped with 2 induction hobs, dishwasher, fridge, microwave oven, coffee maker, toaster, coffee machine and complete dishes for 4 people. The table is extendable. The old chimney serves as storage space.
The bathroom has a washbasin, toilet and large shower, a hairdryer.
NOTE: ADD MUNICIPAL RATE OF 1 EURO PER NIGHT AND BY HOSTE, FROM 13 YEARS OLD, IT WILL PAYABLE ON ARRIVAL.
