This is 2 bedroom apartment really well located. That can accommodate 6 persons. The flat is located in the heart of Lisbon, close to the Av. Almirante Reis just 5 min walk to the metro station (Anjos). The apartment has 2 rooms, living room with dining area, bathroom and kitchen. It is completely renovated with all modern furniture, kitchen with washing machine, dishwashing, comfy mattress, so we offer a clean, tidy and comfortable house. We are really excited to meet you!

Nice place inLisbon

Our first trip to Lisbon. This was a nice location. Walking distance to major attractions. Nice bar and restaurant just across the street. Easy access to metro and bus.

Lisbon apartment

Very nice apartment fully equipped (dishwasher, washing machine, microwave etc.) There are some minor repairs needed to flooring and insulation that falls from ceiling above stove. Very quiet. Excellent double glazing keeps the noise away from the street. Great location. I would go back there. Thanks.

Not to bad but kot do good

Location is good : close to tram and metro so you can be in the heart of city center in 10 minutes Beds are confortables Main issue is the noise : from the double bed room and the living room this is like if you were in the street, you hear everything including loudy trams very ealry in morning and late in evening Appartment is not well equipped especially in kitchen, and several little things are broken

The apartment was a bit hard to find (for foreigners anyway) but our Uber driver was able to teach us how to read the house numbers so we arrived without issues. Instructions to retrieve key was easy, and we were allowed to check in early as requested (we had early flight). The interior is a bit worn out (a couple broken door frames), but it doesn't impact comfort. Bed was comfortable. It's convenient to have access to a kitchen dishwasher so we bought some local food and cooked them for dinner. There's washing machine but unfortunately no laundry detergent. There's no AC though so it'd be really hot during summer. It's just a few min walk to transportation, but because it's next to a street it can be noisy at night. Overall it's a comfortable stay.

Convenient Location

The architecture of the building was impressive and the location meant a walk to the port was reasonable. The efficiency design of the apartment was supplemented by good cleaning and lots of facilities. I would certainly return in future.

Lisbon break

Apartment was ok, it was basically somewhere to mainly sleep during our city break. The tv only had one channel which was in Chinese which was disappointing to our teenage children.

We did not appreciate all the bugs in the apartment (dishwasher, bathroom cabinet). Also we got really scared when repairs to the cheminée without advising us in advance , in the middle of the night , we were awakened by rocks falling down but thought someone was getting in the apartment. Also we would have appreciated to be advised of the incident earlier in the day because we seriously thought not to return to spend another night.

So believe this review and others that say it is not meant for families. The property was good as described but we found it to be cold there were two space heaters ( one that didn’t work well) My husband has a thing about remotes so when the TV remote didn’t work that was a thing the owner was very responsive and had that fix quickly. We lost power in the home so beware don’t plug in or use too many electrical items at once. Had to get the owner again and she responded letting us know where the circuit breaker was. Overall it was a good stay but I will say just because a place can sleep 5 doesn’t mean it’s meant for 5. Some of the issues that were mentioned in other reviews still exist mold on ceiling in bathroom, lack of cooking utensils etc… Issues that could easily be fixed given the price of the rental. Would I stay there again No. The location was great but the issues cancelled out the great location for us and it wasn’t good for us. It definitely made us appreciate the next rental we had while in Porto.

Die Wohnung ist sauber und sehr gut für Ausflüge gelegen. Die berühmte Straßenbahnlinie 28 fährt fast direkt vor der Tür ab. Der kleine Balkon ist toll, um als Paar nach am Abend noch einen kleinen Aperitif zu trinken und dem Strassentreiben zuzuschauen. Ein kleiner Tipp: Wer im Sommer mit mehr als zwei Personen kommt, sollte entweder die Fenster im Wohnzimmer und im vorderen Schlafzimmer geschlossen lassen oder sich Ohrstöpsel mitnehmen (sollte ja kein Problem sein), die Straßenbahn und die Busse könnten empfindliche Schläfer sonst etwas stören. Insgesamt aber absolute Empfehlung!

Très bon séjour

L’appartement est très bien mais il manque de la vaisselle ( pas de passoire à légumes, pas de bols pour le petit déjeuner, uniquement des tasses ) c’est un détail mais c’est un plus. Ce qui est plus gênant c’est que l’on soit obligé de fermer le volet de la salle de bain car il y a des vis à vis très proches. Prévoir de coller un film occultant sur les vitres afin de résoudre ce problème. Rien de très grave en soit puisque très facilement rectifiable. Tania est très réactive et à l’écoute des locataires. L’appartement est spacieux et très proche du métro et de la ligne 28 du tramway.Nous avons passé un excellent séjour

Schönes Appartement in guter Lage

Anreise/Check-in war problemlos. Alles wie beschrieben vorhanden und funktionsfähig. Appartment liegt sehr citynah, in 2 Minuten Fußweg fährt die Straßenbahn E28, ein Highlight. Man kann sie vom Balkon aus betrachten, weil sie direkt vorm kleinen Balkon fährt (auf dem Balkon kann man aber nicht sitzen). Supermarkt, Metrostation in 5 Minuten Fußweg erreichbar. Bettwäsche, Handtücher, Möbel/Betten sauber. Wir empfehlen es weiter.
