Overall the property was nice and clean but it was odd that they only provided 2 towels for a three bedroom unit and when asked they said they only provide one towel per guest and that additional towels were 15 euros each—I can buy a cheap towel for that price.

Do not stay at any property with WHome property management company. Canceled this reservation within the required timeframe, the management company ignored the request and then charged my card. Ignored repeated requests from us and VRBO for the credit back of charges. When we finally got a hold of them, provided proof of cancellation within the timeframe dictated at time of reservation, they stopped communicating. At worst, they specialize in scams/fraud and at best they are negligent at communicating with their reservations on a timely basis. If I could give 0 stars I would. Plenty of other places to rent in Lisbon, just don’t do it with WHome property management company.
