The property is convenient located in a tourist area. Closed to restaurants and supermarket. The bedroom was very good and space was enough for a family of four. We all what we needed in the kitchen and easily navigated and enjoyed the pool. The washroom could use maintenance and refrigerator door needs repair due to misalignment of the cabinet door. Aside from those two, we had a positive experience and felt safe and comfortable.

Great views and location. We arrived late at night so it felt a little unsafe. But it was wonderful in the morning light. Bakery and small market steps outside. Balcony has view of Castel St Jorge. Pool needed some cleaning.

The street the apartment is on is not great/safe. Once you get a couple streets away you are well located. The apartment smelled like the sewers were coming up the sinks.

Great location, close to shopping, sights, and restaurants in Lisbon. Fantastic view of the castle. Good communication with clear instructions from the host. However, the apartment was very dirtyā€”our baby ended up with black knees and hands from crawling on the floor. The pool area was nice, with a warm small pool, but the water was far too acidic, which caused skin irritation and rashes for the whole family after swimming. Pre-booked parking is available in a nearby garage for a fee. There is absolutely no space to stop for unloading luggage outside the buildingā€”itā€™s a very narrow, one-way street.

It was super comfortable, and clean with all the things you may need! All codes were sent and i had no problems getting in and out. The only thing is that if youre renting a car is a little far. You have to go down stairs and there is no place to load and unload your bags. Other than that is a beautiful place and we had a direct view of the pool

Overall the apartment was in a great location for us. Close to shops, restaurants. The carpet was disgustingly dirty so we put it outside. Umbrella needs replacing, utensils in the kitchen need upgrading, no peeler, small frying pans, hardly any oil for cooking. The drying up towel was wet when we arrived. They should supply 2 at least. The bathroom body lotion is watered down. Lovely comfy bed. No information on where the pool was. Thank goodness we had another caretaker who helped us enter the building. The angles in the apartment are not user friendly - we kept hitting our heads on the slopes. Getting transport was very easy. Very noisy neighbourhood as well as the other apartment having a party till 4am in the morning. Lovely patisserie right next door and a convenience store next door. It was a very safe area. The cleaning lady was very pleasant.

Nice property

The positives: Location was good, easy walk to several attractions. Nice little sandwich/pastry shop just outside the building entrance. Nice grocery about a block away. Unit was clean and in nice condition for the most part. Elevator from 1st level opens right into this apartment. Comfortable bed. Nice views of the castle, water and Santa Justa lift. The negatives: The hot water for the shower runs out very quickly. The shower head location is great if you are 4 ft. tall. The sofa and rug in the living room are stained and dirty and need professional cleaning or disposal. 3 of the 4 door/windows had broken hinges so they were inoperable. If these "negatives" were addressed, i would recommend staying there.

Appartment is modern and clean but is located in a sketchy area of the city. The air conditions units throughout the appartment didnt work at all - despite contacting the host several times they did not repair the broken units. This made our stay extremely uncomfortable in the heat. Had to open windows, but street outside was super noisy with cars and bikes racing on it so we didnt sleep much during our whole stay. Disappointed.

Joao was a great host! He kept in contact with me the entire time and gave a very detailed description of how to get into the apartment. I would definitely stay here again if I came back to Lisbon. Not to mention the beautiful view!!

Iā€™m giving this one star because the location was perfect, but the apartment does not really match pictures. Not panoramic. There was a rotten sewage smell in the bathroom that we messaged the owner about but got no response. Couch contained bed bugs and apartment itself had some bugs. We are now having to deal with washing every single thing we had with us to prevent spread of bed bugs. Parking was extremely expensive and difficult to maintain as you have to move your car multiple times if staying for more than two-three days. Owner was extremely unreliable whenever parking was an issue. The owner was responsive and available up until I mentioned the rotten bathroom smell, at that point we were nearly ghosted. Honestly the entire building smelled of sewage on and off. Overall very unpleasant and dirty/dingy apartment, would not recommend AT ALL if you value cleanliness even a little.
