The accommodation is very centrally located, clean, and well-equipped. The only downside is that there are a lot of homeless people and unpredictable characters in the area. The beds are also a bit firm, but personal preference will vary. Overall, we had a pleasant stay!

Nice and clean appartements. However the location is sometimes a bit creepy. Drugdealer and other shady people are wandering around. However its located close to the city center which is a bonus.

During our week-long stay at this apartment with my family, we were genuinely impressed. The location is outstanding, with easy access to the Metro and a plethora of diverse restaurants within walking distance. The apartment itself was spotless and well-maintained, even featuring a convenient machine washer. A noteworthy aspect of the area is the presence of many harmless immigrants, adding to the neighborhood's vibrant and welcoming atmosphere. Although the sheets were replaced every 4 days and there was no interim cleaning service, it was a minor point in an otherwise wonderful experience. We had a fantastic time and would gladly choose this place again in the future.

The apartment is very well located close to all the action and restaurants. There is, however, a seedy element to the alley leading up to the apartments as well as outside the windows of the apartment. The check in process was frustrating as the information provided was cryptic and not easy to follow. Would not recommend if staying more than one night however, for a short stays I suppose it’s fine. Was comforting however to see other families staying there. The place was clean on the inside.

The apartment itself was spacious, ( we weren’t expecting it to be two floors!) had good amenities (washer and dryer), and in a great location for proximity to dining, public transportation, sight seeing and attractions. Unfortunately there was a homeless encampment very close to the apartment that we had to walk by every morning and the whole area often smelled like urine. This shouldn’t be held against the property as they have no control over it, but it does detract from the overall pleasantness of the area. The only concern we had with the apartment itself was that the cleaning service wasn’t great. Not everything was consistently cleaned, especially the kitchen. On the other hand, it was a nice perk that there was daily cleaning at all.

Family Trip

Check-in was easy. While we didn’t have the reservation number needed to check-in there was a phone with a direct line to a property manager to help us out. The units were clean and the air conditioning worked well. It was also nice to have access to streaming services in English. Several light bulbs were not working in one of the two units. Overall it was a good place to stay for a couple nights while spending most of our time out exploring Lisbon. They also had luggage storage in the lobby area for 1€ which was so nice for our last day so we didn’t need to lug it around with us.

Delightful stay with quirks

The bed configuration in our Deluxe Studio was a little strange. One of the sofa beds was placed inside a closet 🙂 with folding doors. The room was cleaned every day as part of the booking, which was great. The biggest drawback is that there isn't a live person on site for immediate assistance, you have to call the management company. On the flip side, location is excellent, you can walk to all the tourist hotspots, and easily experience the alleys, narrow streets and cafes of a European city. A note - cars cannot get to the street that the property is on, and it is a short 2-3 min walk from the nearest point where a car can go. So if you have a lot of luggage, something to consider and factor in.

Well equipped central accommodation

Well equipped apartment in a great position close to many attractions and metro/tram/bus routes. Quiet despite being so close to many restaurants/bars/shops etc. Loads of storage which helped keep things tidy with young kids. Cleaning is supposed to be daily but we did have one day when it wasn’t touched and of the 7 nights we were there, only 3 of these did they leave a dishwasher tablet. We ended up having to buy a full pack of these and toilet rolls because they just weren’t topped up. And not once was the floor brushed or hoovered (only a small hand held brush and shovel provided otherwise we would have done it ourselves). Towels were changed daily (with the exception of the day it wasn’t cleaned). We had a wonderful trip overall and would definitely stay here again!

June 12/25 The area was not my favourite, it felt like I was in a homeless neighbourhood, even dough we never had any issues with anyone, getting in the street was not very pleasant. The location is perfect to all major attractions and easy for walking everywhere. The top streets of this property was good and had entertainment at night which added a good touch to the stay ignoring where the property is located. We didn’t stay out late but a lot of people around at night made it feel more safe. The apartment inside was good and spacious and as we crossed the entrance of the building, the manager helped us to navigate through the check in machine, he was very pleasant, we were like ok this feels good and it is close to everything, then on our last day at check out, when we were taking a shower and getting ready to go home, I found two bed bug on the wall close to bed, See picture for reference. I checked the mattress and didn’t see anything but I did see some blood dropping on the sheet by my feet. No bites on my body, or I haven’t seen anything yet since I am writing this review in the plane and I didn’t have time to check anywhere else. This discovery made my experience very bad to end my tip in Lisbon. I wish I had cheeked everything when we checked in, this should be a good practice when staying in hotels but sometimes due to excitement we forget to do our diligent checks, this could be an issue due to the area. 😿

Pros- extremely convenient. Close to the main train station and to a metro station. Two good grocery stores very close. Close to many key sites. We had a ground floor studio room which had bars in the window and was well kept. It had minimal but sufficient kitchen items. The oven is also a microwave. The fridge is full size. The shower pressure was good and the water was hot. The listing says cleaning every three days but it actually came every single day. Even though we were ground floor and heard a few people coming and going, it never bothered us. Checkin from home to make things easy on yourself. Make sure any vpn or other blocks are turned off so the screens function properly. The management replied to me very quickly when the screens didn’t show for me. Cons- the fire alarm went off three times, once at 4:30am. The road is inaccessible to vehicles but it’s very close to an accessible area. The road area smells like urine but in the two weeks we were there, there was never a safety issue. We would definitely stay there again.
