The location was perfect. And it was so helpful having an elevator in a historical building such as this. The bed was firm. The master bath could use some extra shelves to put your toiletries on.Antonio our concierge was very personable. A big thank you to him.

Great location, comfortable place.

Our family of 4 thoroughly enjoyed this apartment. It was great to return after a day of doing tourist things to rest before a night out. A very central location, close to sites, shopping, restaurants, and transportation.

Perfect Pied-a-terre

The check in process was a little elusive, but once we texted the prop manager at check in time about where to meet all went well. The property was very clean, had all we needed for a couple nights stay for our family of 4, including an amazing location and view.

Property is very nice. Close to reataurants, malls. The only downside is it would have been nice if the property had a smart tv and few towels have stains.

Rua Augusta

Great location, easy to access the sights of the city. Need to go into the other streets to fine great food. This is a walking street, so no cars to get you right to the apt.

Perfect location!

Loved this place! It couldn’t have been a better location. Right in the middle of the action and close to everything. The apartment was on the 5th floor with a cute little balcony overlooking one of the main streets. It was small but worked great for the 4 of us. They had conversion plugs for our use which was nice. I would totally recommend this place.

Firs time in Lisbon,great location

My sister and I loved the location. We had nice views of the lical area. A lot of restaurants and things to do. Booked a 3 hour walking tour with Guru/time of your life Ask for Rita! To get a sense of the area. Our apartment was wonderful. Quiet and comfortable. Rodrigo was very responsive and helpful.

Great Location

The apt was in a perfect location in the heart of the city. The place is small and although there were only 3 of us it was tight. No extra amenities are provided to be sure to bring soaps/shampoos and napkins/paper towels.

Lisbon getaway

Overall the stay was great. Location is great! Our Uber driver did drop us off on the street behind the entrance door (since the entrance is on a street not driveable) and did not tell us we had to walk around. The apartment was cute. Be aware that bathroom inside bedroom walls are made of clear glass. Not the best friends trip

Great place

This rental was perfect. Great location with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. I wasn’t sure about the check in process until that day - so a little worrisome but it all worked out. We used their transfer service which was great. We were able to store our luggage - for a fee - in a place close by to the rental. Turned out great. Nice to have air conditioning and a small elevator. We had great views off the small balcony. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. Bring your own shampoo etc - unfortunately there wasn’t anything like that when we arrived.

Great location, uncomfortable beds

You can’t beat the location. Apartment is smaller than it appears in photos. Could have been cleaner. The mattresses need to be replaced or supplemented with mattress toppers. No one should be able to feel the mattress springs. That’s the sure sign of a cheap mattress.

Overall very good!

The apartment was very well equipped and fabulously located on the main shopping street. We were a group of four adults and this made getting ready in the morning a bit of a struggle. The bathrooms are itty bitty so we couldn’t get ready all at once but had to take shifts. Also the small grey bathroom could use a deep clean, but it wasn’t horrible. The dining chairs are also very uncomfortable, so I wouldn’t plan on chilling in the apartment for very long as a group. Overall though, we were quite happy with our stay! Would recommend.

Check in glitch but otherwise a GREAT place!

We loved this property. It had all we needed. It is in the PERFECT location. I love Rua Augusta, the street with the Arch on the waterside end. The only glitch was check in. We met the agent with no issue. He showed us everything and answered all our questions. Later that night, after it rained most of the day, we could not use the code to get in. The agent thought we weren't putting numbers in quickly enough....I travel a lot and wasn't too happy with this response. I called him and put in the numbers while he was on the phone with me. Nada. Fortunately, someone else from the building let us in. The next day one stayed inside while the other tried the code and it worked perfectly. It was an electrical glitch. I would prefer a backup option (like a KEY) in case this happened again. It was about 8P and we thought we could be out for the night. Setting that aside, it really is a property I can highly recommend. I also had a problem with my phone dying and the store right across from us charged it for me with a big smile. Great little souvenir store. Kind employees, too. Fifth time to Lisbon and I probably would rate this apt. the best I stayed in.

Enjoyed our stay

This place and location were a perfect spot for a group of 3 friends. With being on the main strip, was not loud inside and the balcony was a perfect spot to just chill and people watch. Would stay here again in a heart beat!
