Good hotel. Room was modern although a little small. Breakfast was good and it's very close to the palace and the center of Mafra

The staff was nice and breakfast was really good, but the hotel is at a really loud street and the windows are terrible and let all the sound through. We actually had to check out early because it was impossible to sleep.

This was a lovely place to stay and great location. I would only advise that they have round the clock reception phone service. We checked out at 6:00am and at 7:00am realized we had did not have our passports. We called the hotel so many times even from a taxi on the way there but only got voice mail. I took a chance hoping they were there and that someone would be there to open the door. Someone finally picked up the phone 3 minutes before I arrived and let me in. Lucky they were still in the room. Answer your phones guys!!!

Deçu .j'ai acheté une chambre avec un lit double .on ma dit que cette chambre été indisponible ..donc la seule solution été de prendre une suite avec une majoration de 25 euros .chose que j'ai bien sur accepté sinon je dormé dans ma voiture .donc je ne recomende sur tout pas

O hotel foi à quem do que esperava. A vista era um posto de combustível, a janelas não se podia tomar ar só abria pó sima a casa de banho era uma miniatura apetecia era tirar a porta fora. Linpesa era boa pequeno almoço também não estava mal a simpatia era pouca.
