    On the 1st floor of the building, this apartment has 1 bedroom, living room, kitchen, and bathroom, designed to offer you the typical lifestyle of Lisbon's inhabitants.



    For the purpose of a safe stay, guaranteeing comfort in each of the apartments and complying with legal reporting obligations to the Portuguese authorities, identification documents/passport are requested on or before check-in.



    A damage deposit of EUR 100 is required, to be charged up to 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out, subject to an inspection of the property.

Une semaine à lisbonne

Problème de propreté générale. Pas d'allaise de lit, draps propre mais jaune, odeur d'humidité dans les placards et la cuisine, insecte dans la douche. L'information a été passé aux gérants de l'appartement. Il nous a assuré qu'il allait faire le nécessaire pour les prochains locataires. Sinon Joao était très disponible, l'appartement est très bien placé et très calme.
