• Beach towels

• Living room with 43” TV and a cozy atmosphere
• Open kitchen to the living room, practical and functional. Fully equipped (toaster, blender, citrus juicer, electric kettle, coffee machine, microwave, oven, electric stove)
• Iron & ironing board
• Dining area on the enclosed balcony with direct beach view
• AC and wifi (500mb download & 100mb upload
• Second floor (no elevator)
• Apartment tastefully decorated, bright, and peaceful
The Location
• Right in front of São Pedro do Estoril Beach (literally cross the street!)
• 3 minutes on foot to the train station – direct connection to Lisbon or Cascais
• Supermarket right next door
• Area with various restaurants for all tastes: fish, sushi, pizza, Mexican, tapas...
