Amazing location - 4 minute walk from Cascais train station. Bed is comfy. Staff is friendly and provides great recommendations. The not-so-good: Didn't clean room every day, even when asked. Coffee machine, but no pods?

We LOVED this- close enough to the train station, conveniently located to all beaches, the main area, etc. Our only regret is we didn’t stay longer! The room was perfect (incredible shower!), comfortable bed, cozy but not too small at all, staff was super helpful and nice, it was awesome.

My wife and I enjoyed the area, the Guest House, the room and its facilities, very clean and cozy, the restaurant right next door with delicious food, and few drinks at nearby places, the walk by the seaside (excellent location) and of course the excellent service with all the attention by the 2 young receptionists. We certainly will repeat the experience and recommend our friends. Thank you guys

The property is in a great location - close to all the restaurants and the beach. Note: the stairs are steep, so consider a different option if stairs are an issue for you.

Gem in the heart of Cascais
My husband and I stayed here for one night but we wish we would have stayed longer. This place is a total gem! Located right in the heart of Cascais. The balcony facing the street is so lovely in the morning. Quiet area even being right in the main pedestrian area. Great restaurants nearby. Staff was super friendly. Very walkable and close to the train station. Highly recommended!

The hotel is in the pedestrian zone Restaurants and shops to the right and left. Very friedly staff.good breakfast a cross the street @ Weel The taxicab had difficult to find the hotel because he could not park in front of the hotel and theGPS showed Hotel Abatross

Perfect location, terrific staff. This is a gem. We had the family unit on the top floor and it is exactly as pictured. Clean and spacious. Comfortable beds and good water pressure.

A Mini Ritz
This is a spotless, charming 'Guest House', really, it's a small hotel on a pedestrian street, literally in the middle of everything. The staff were beyond helpful, attentive doesn't even begin to describe them (For the record I have stayed at a few Ritz Carlton's and while Ritz staff are amazing, the staff here were as good, if not better.). Good WiFi as well as a nice breakfast is included (with the option of fresh squeezed orange juice) in the small restaurant across the street. There is no elevator, which wasn't a problem for me - if it's a problem for you however, you'll have to pass on Sui7es and stay at a lesser property.

Loved Sui7es Guest House!!
The Sui7es Guest House is the most charming little place in the middle of the cafe and shopping area of Cascais and right next to the beach. You can people watch from your balcony over the bustling mosaic sidewalks. The staff were so helpful.

Nice hotel, good breakfast and near beach.
Great staff and hotel close to beach. But found it nosy at times, even though the room was supposed to be soundproof so had to take sleeping tablets. Coffee and tea facilities I found was poor as it was on the landing and not in room, no tea bags or milk. Air conditioning in our room was not working properly. Even though I requested a room with no stairs we were on the 4th floor which we found very tiring as we are in our late 60s.

Perfect location, comfortable, friendly hotel
This hotel is literally a minutes walk from a lovely, sandy beach and also very close to the marina and other town beach. It is in a pedestrian area and is surrounded by shops and restaurants so it is the perfect location. The rooms are comfortable, very clean and modern with nice bedding and towels. The hotel also provide free beach towels which is a great help. The buffet breakfast which is served in the adjoining restaurant is excellent. Great quality, and plenty of choice. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Really enjoyed our stay.

Excellent location close to everything
We arrive via train from Lisbon and we were incredibly early. Staff made sure we got in earlier than normal and was very accommodating throughout our stay. In middle of town and you can walk anywhere from there. You do have to walk stairs to get to room, but we were fine with that. Thanks!!!!

The hotel is in a pedestrian zone. You have to park your car in a lot and carry your luggage.

Great place but a little hard to find in a car
Very friendly staff, great location but no parking and you have to walk here with your luggage so that could be a problem for a few people. Google maps kept getting us lost because you can't drive on the street. Park in the train station parking and walk up the street near the McDonalds. Worth it once you get there.

best location in Cascais
a gem in the centre of Cascais, restaurants, shops on your doorstep, beach at end of street. Minutes walk from Train Station. Beautiful brand new rooms, style of decor beautiful, bright and minimal. Brand new towels and linens. Luxurious!

Bonjour à tous , je suis resté 9 jours ds ce guesthouse au mois de juin 2022 qui se trouve près de la plage et de la gare qui est pratique pour les excursions . Les restaurants sont en bas de la rue , les magasins sont un peu partout , le centre commercial et l’hypermarché Auchan se trouvent derrière la gare . Le personnel est très accueillant , merci à Sonia et Katarina pour leur aide sans oublier le manager Ibrahim qui me doit d'ailleurs 2 pasteis de Belém . Il faut réserver bien à l'avance les chambres de 25 m² qui sont plus calme car il y a un bar au rdc .

Releve as dificuldades e aproveite a localização!
Foi uma estadia agradável, principalmente por causa da localização e do pessoal da recepção, em especial do Chaquil (não sei se é assim que se escreve o nome dele). Fiquei no quarto localizado atrás, então não havia barulho da rua. O ruim é que o táxi não chega até a porta, então as malas têm que ser levadas pelo calçamento até onde o carro pode parar. Falta manutenção nos móveis e no banheiro, que tem vazamento. Mas o custo x beneficio foi bom.
