1 bedroom apartment in a condominium with swimming pool on the beach of São Pedro do Estoril. The PARTIAL sea view in the room is continued from the balcony. This apartment has preserved some elements with character, such as some tile details, a brick-lined wall and a wooden ceiling, making it combine with comfortable decor.

The bedroom has a double bed and the living room has a sofa bed, accommodating a total of four people. The kitchen is equipped with a washing machine, dishwasher, oven, hob, extractor fan, fridge and freezer, toaster, kettle, coffee machine. In the living room, the dining table seats 4 people comfortably, as does the sofa next to the balcony. The tiled floor in the living room, as well as the floral motif tiles in the kitchen, were preserved in order to honor two of the traditional Portuguese arts. In the bedroom, the floor is wooden, for added comfort. The bathroom has a shower.

On the ground floor, next to the pool, there is also a vast lawn area and a small playground.

Nice view

Nice apartment with a new kitchen and nice sleeping room. The dark apartment need a renovation. The pool area is good.
