Charming apartment in the heart of Lisbon. The apartment is located in the centre of Lisbon, next to Lisbon's main avenue - Avenida da Liberdade. Charming, romantic, cosy and comfortable. Situated on the second floor of a traditional two-story building, this apartment with wooden floors and double-glazed windows was completely renovated in December 2024 for your comfort. The 45 m2 apartment has two floors, each with three windows and plenty of sunlight. Each floor has a full, private bathroom and a kitchen on the main floor. Although the apartment is suitable for 4 adults, it is also equipped with a guest bed, suitable for a child. Fully equipped and furnished. The apartment offers modern furniture, Wi-Fi internet and cable TV. It features a king-size bed, a fold-out sofa, a living/dining area with television, a wireless docking station with USB, a bathroom with shower, and a fully equipped kitchen with microwave, refrigerator, and ceramic hob. Amenities offered include a toaster, orange juicer, coffee maker, blender, kettle, iron, ironing board, hairdryer, and first-aid kit to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Clean linens and towels are provided free of charge. Coffee, tea, and sugar are provided, as well as toiletries (shower gel and hand wash). Additional cleaning can be arranged for stays longer than 1 week. Upon request, we can provide a cot and bedding free of charge, as well as extra towels and sheets for the sofa bed. You will find in the apartment several up-to-date brochures about Lisbon, an illustrated map of the local area, as well as a map and diagram of the metro network. We've also prepared a city guide especially for you! There's no more central place to stay in Lisbon. The apartment is perfect for those who want to be close to tourist attractions and the modern lifestyle. Ideally located near major transport links, just 50 metres from Avenida metro station (blue line) and all major bus lines and Aerobus (airport shuttle), the apartment is also within easy reach of many tourist attractions: - Baixa and Rua Augusta (8-minute walk) - Chiado (10-minute walk) - Bairro Alto (10-minute walk and one of the important nightlife districts) - Marquês de Pombal (10 minutes) On foot - where you can find tourist buses) - Rossio Historic Train Station (5-minute walk - where you can catch the train to Sintra (World Heritage City), or Cascais/Estoril, on a 25-minute train journey.) - São Jorge Castle (you can walk or take the typical tram 28 from Baixa, which will take you to the most picturesque area - Alfama) - The area is friendly and has all the necessary amenities. It has great restaurants, small and typical cafes, coffee shops, supermarkets, butcher shops, bakeries, ATMs, car hire and pharmacies nearby (all within 25-50m of the apartment and most are open 7 days a week). A 2-minute walk from the apartment, you can also find the charming Jardim do Torel garden, a area viewpoint with excellent views over Lisbon, where you can have a drink or a snack, enjoy the perfect sunset, and relax. Avenida da Liberdade has everything from luxury shops, antique shops, theatres, cinemas, concert halls, bars like the Hard Rock Cafe, and kiosks serving drinks and snacks until 2 am. How to get there from the airport? The best way to get to the apartment from the airport is to take the metro to São Sebastião (red line, no more than 20 minutes) and then the blue line to Avenida (3 minutes) or take the AeroBus line 1 and get off at Avenida. From there, it's just a 1-minute walk. If you prefer a taxi, it shouldn't cost more than 15 to 20 euros. Parking is quite easy, but it's paid. Apartment rules: Check-in is after 3:00 PM (15:00) and check-out is before 12:00 PM (12:00) - this is flexible if there are no other guests arriving. Minimum stay 2 nights.
