First Floor: Double bedroom and twin bedroom with en-suite shared between them.
SPECIFICATIONS
Ground Floor

Kitchen/Dining Room: 14'6 x 12'3 A large, bright living space fitted with a country style fully fitted kitchen including fully integrated dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer and fridge/freezer. There is also an electric hob, oven and microvawe oven. Granite worktops and a double belfast sink and marble flooring complete the kitchen.

Living Room : 14'6" x 12'3" Spacious living room with oak wooden floors and a multifuel stove set into the chimney breast. Sofa, coffee table, satellite TV/DVD/Video player and stereo.

Bedroom 1: 14'6" x 11'2 Double bedroom with pocket sprung bed, solid oak furniture and oak floors. En-suite bathroom with marble floor, bath with shower over, WC and wash hand basin, heated towel rail and underfloor heating. View over courtyard.

I would love to stay there again.
The Coach House is situated in a lovely, tranquil rural area amidst several other lovely Decoy Cottages. It is ideally situated as a base to see many attractions in several counties. Paula was a gracious, helpful owner. The cottage comes well equipped but due to the roomy living room & two couches it would benefit from an end table for each couch. I would recommend the cottage to anyone visiting the region.

Lovely cottage
So much love is put in and arround the cottage. It‘s lovely, big and cosy. The kids loved pony Buster, the chicken, alpaca susan, the playground in and outdoors. We will come back- no doubt!
