I liked the location of the property. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The breakfast options were plentiful and excellent. We had dinner one night at the restaurant which was very very good

Overall the experience was fantastic and because we arrived early they up graded us from a twin room to a room with a double and a single! The reciptionist was very lovely and helpful when we arrived and the decor down in the lobby was lovely.

Check in time was very late. You have to manage a lot of stairs being on the 2nd floor. No lift makes it very difficult to manage luggage.
