The front desk workers were most helpful with everything. They purchased train tickets for the first leg of my journey as well as how to buy them at the station. I had forgot an item and got it back on my way out of Madrid. Good system. The location was convenient, museums were walkable or a short cab ride. Its also close to major plazas(Sol, Mayor) Very good breakfast. Honey hive!
