"Der Aufenthalt war insgesamt angenehm, aber nicht ohne Kritikpunkte. Das Personal war durchweg freundlich und zuvorkommend – mit einer bedauerlichen Ausnahme: Der Inhaber selbst scheint es nicht für nötig zu halten, seine Gäste zu begrüßen, was einen eher distanzierten Eindruck hinterlässt.
Die Zimmer hingegen verdienen ein großes Lob: großzügig geschnitten, sauber und gut ausgestattet. Besonders im Hinblick auf das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis kann man hier wirklich nicht meckern.

"We were able to use this lovely hotel as a base to explore Vai Beach and surrounding areas, then Ierapetra the next day.
One thing I really like about the hotel is that they let you check in as early as noon, and not leave until noon.
The patio facing the water was very nice. Many people were sitting outside enjoying the sound of the waves and the breeze. "
"As we checked in we were given a room with non functional AC and stains on the sheets. Smelled like old. At the second day we were changed in a better room with much better AC and better cleansed. Rooms are generally very small and bathrooms are unusual tight. Food was excellent and more than enough. "
"We enjoyed our Holiday in this Hotel. You have a fantastic view over the whole(!) bay. Also the Beach is wonderful🤩. Clear Water and Sand. The bay is reserved for hotel guests.
The Hotel and the Rooms are not so modern, more greek Standard. But we had all we needed.
We also enjoyed the Kids Pool with our 2 years old son☺️. But there aren‘t more opportunities for children😕.
There were 2 Restaurants, one of them Buffet with traditional Greek Food, and the other one at the Beach with a la carte...
"Dans l'ensemble expérience positive. Propreté parfaite dans le village, un peu de réserve pour la salle de bain vu le rideau de douche qui colle au dos. Confort de lit moyen car le sommier est juste une planche de bois rigide (chambre 411).
Repas correct et pas trop gras, all in raisonnable.

"We had a great 10 days stay in the hotel. Excellent facilities and a great pool area on the top of the hill. The room was advertised as a swim-up room with a little misleading picture here in Expedia. Instead of the swim-up rooms that share a long pool on the terrace area we lived at the pool site around two buildings with approx 10 room. Actually the better choice as it was very calm, was equipped with sunbeds for e very room and additional canopies. Had a great view towards the sea and the sunset every night. You just need to beware if you expect the same room as shown in the pictures.
Great selection of food with different themes every day. Staff was a little slow at times, but still friendly."
