"Absolutely no complaints. The location was excellent for sightseeing, restaurants, and nightlife. Despite being close to the restaurants and churches, the windows did an excellent job keeping the room quiet at night. The room itself was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was great (definitely worth getting). The staff was friendly and extremely helpful. We came before summer, so the switch from heating to cooling systems had not yet taken place, but a member of staff brought us a fan within minutes of asking, and that handled the temperature perfectly. I would also recommend getting a room with a balcony. The view from the hotel is awesome."

"A classic and beautiful hotel from another era. We got a room with a balcony out front. The hotel could put two folding chairs there, perhaps, but we enjoyed standing there occasionally and viewing the main plaza of Vilnius. The hotel is impeccable. The rooms are gorgeous and spacious. Very quiet, when the windows are closed. The staff was incredibly nice. They sent a bottle of Spanish champagne to celebrate my wife’s birthday. Breakfast buffet was excellent. We used the spa only late, but there is so much to do! Parking is 50 Euro per night and 40 Euro in the center of the city. If you want to avoid that, you‘d need to walk 10 minutes or so, so we ended up using the hotel. They always got the car very quickly. This may be the best hotel in the Baltics. Highly recommended."
