When we arrived at night the receptionist went out of her way to make sure we got a meal even though the kitchen was about to close. She also stayed late to make sure my husband got safely up the stairs to our room since he has limited mobility. The receptionist is also trying to help us get a package back to the USA with some keepsakes from our trip that we accidentally left behind. A really caring staff who go above and beyond the usual!

Nice hotel. Balcony has not been cleaned for some while otherwise the rest is clean enough. Lovely staff. Good rooms. No elevator which is not immediately clear from their description.

"Ideal location in the old town. Walkable and quiet. Lovely to sit out on our balcony. On the downside the room was small, not helped by the layout and ‘design’ features. The bedhead and frame took valuable space. The bathroom was odd too with a stand alone round pedestal basin with the unit to place ..."
