Large pool and patio to watch endless sunsets/stargaze and grill out.

3 KING BEDS and 4 FULL SHOWERS plus a jacuzzi brand jet bath tub in the master suite. Blackout shades in every room.

Lake house meets tech world with smart TVs in every room with the ability to airplay music through the entire house. Reclining theater chairs provide a cozy spot to relax after a long day. Pool table, ping pong and four hole putting green with adult and kids clubs. Loft above garage is a great separate space. Full bathroom, TV, massage chair, double bed and single bed trundles. It’s a great place for kids to sleep and hangout or a private room away from all the action. Kitchenette including mini fridge, sink, microwave and coffee maker.

This property is in a fantastic location. It's just far enough from the city but close enough to enjoy all of its amenities. The house is located on a peninsula so the views are great from just about every room in the house. You can enjoy a walk by the lake or go fishing, paddle boarding/kayaking or just hangout at the large pool. Its location makes it a great get away that is still located in the city. It is near the Little Elm beach for hanging out and playing volleyball, take a trip to the INDOOR WATER PARK (The Cove at Lake Front), book a fishing trip or stand up paddle tour. This is a great attraction for year round use. The house has the BEST SPOT TO WATCH JULY 4TH FIRE WORKS. The fire work show is right in front of you. The Frisco Star, Shops of legacy and Stonebriar mall are within 30 minutes.

Lake hiuse in a beautiful area!

Perfect place for the summer time, we came during a rainy weekend. Still had a great time, games for the kids and family. Comfy seating in living room for movies. Bed rooms were perfect! The added loft above the garage was perfect for our adult children!!!

No lake access, but the house is beautiful and spacious. We enjoyed the swimming pool and other outdoor games available. We also enjoyed the pool/ping-pong table inside. The views of the lake were awesome. Recommend this property really did enjoy location and the peaceful atmosphere.

The property was a great location. It was spacious and nicely decorated. Everyone was comfortable and we had a lot of fun. The hostess was accommodating . Only draw back was all the doorway entries had a lot of mosquitoes. Making it a little uncomfortable upon entry into the home. Other than that we had a really pleasurable stay.

Nice home in a good neighborhood in quiet private culdesac. Great pool area for outside relaxing and gathering with view of lake. Perfect house for sports or movie enthusiasts - comfy theater chairs and large TVS! Good area for gathering around the table for dining! Would recommend this home by the lake!!

Wonderful stay

We had a wonderful time using this property for my wedding weekend! Our host was so gracious and communicative in just the right way! My aunt stayed here with us also and she uses a walker. The home was accessible for her and she was very comfortable in the space. We had lots of fun using the games as well! 10/10 would recommend to anyone who needs a space!!

Perfect Location

Location was amazing. Surrounded by lake waters for the vacation feel yet close enough to town when things were needed. Plenty of space both indoor & out. Spent a lot of time by the pool & playing outdoor games. Plenty of things to keep teens busy. We had 3 families with us total & there was enough space for all of us to get wedding ready. Highly recommend this house. It checks all of the boxes for a weekend getaway or even a longer stay. Gorgeous views & very nice up to date amenities.

Family Time

We enjoyed this home. We had a 6 month grandchild who stayed in a king room with her parents, a 2 year old grandchild who slept in a queen bunk bed. Originally we thought they would prefer the loft, but the doors would be unlocked too easily for the 2 yr old to get out on her own. What was very nice was that the house is very soundproof. We could close a door to the hallway and the rooms where the kids napped was quiet even though there was a lot of family activity in the main part of the home. The king bed in the master is two twin adjustable beds. Nice if you like that option, but the divide between the two mattresses took some getting use to. Communication with the host was very good and Danny was very responsive.

Great potential but disappointed!

The place has great potential! It is a fairly nice house with a beautiful, fun back yard and lovely views. It is a bit secluded which is nice but takes a little longer to get places. However, we were very disappointed with many things. Almost every time I texted the host about an issue, he would say he would check with housekeeping and never got back to me on it. There was a large wad of black hair in one of the showers. He asked me which one and said they videotape the house before people come. I told him which one and no response on that. I told him there was no dishwasher detergent. He told me two other places to look and there was none. He said he would check with housekeeping and...no response after that. The closest store is 15 minutes away and we had already done our shopping so had to drive 30 minutes out of the way to buy dishwasher detergent. There is a room over the garage with steep stairs on the side of the house. The lightbulb was burned out, making it very difficult to see and dangerous. He told me one of the switches would work. I tried four switches by the door. I told him the light was burned out and asked if he had more bulbs somewhere. No response. There were cobwebs all over the patio furniture. There was a dirty towel in one of the cupboards. I told him about that. No response. The icemaker and garbage disposal do not work. The towels are super thin and pillows are uncomfortable. Kitchen floor needs repair. It's too bad they don't keep up on the place.

Family in town for a Funeral

We had 10 of our family in town from Iowa. This house was just what we needed for our family with kids as young as 4 and my uncle who is 88. The highlight is the large pool and deck. The kids especially enjoyed the floating mat that they could stand on. The putting green and corn hole game were also a lot of fun. This VRBO is on the end of a peninsula, quiet and dark.Thanks for a place to socialize during the weekend of my father's funeral.

Family getaway

Long weekend with sons and their families, spent 3 days by the pool. The kids had a blast, when kids are happy everyone is happy. It was a quiet property and very private. Great place for a getaway!
