"The staff were wonderful and accommodating & it felt welcoming right from the start. Wish I had checked out the restaurant at the top! The pool is amazing, but strange set up with lounges/chairs. Would be great to have more loungers. The gym is the BEST! Great set up, clean and has everything you need for a hotel workout. The Spa looked incredible, although we didn't make a booking there. The "Harbor Views" were the only downside, we just looked out on a busy highway, but all good- the amazing location made up for it. "

"The Hyatt was a most pleasant experience. Some highlights were the central location to Darling Harbour and the sites of the city with easy access to Darling Harbour via a back entry. The premises was of an excellent standard, staff, restaurant, wine bar and pub next door. The breakfast dining had an amazing selection on offer, fresh and plentiful. We wished we could have stayed longer. "
