"Staff was very helpful & courteous. The atmosphere is comfortable and decoration is very beautiful & interesting. 6 of us adults enjoyed and loved every part of our stay but too bad it’s only 2 nights. Will definitely book again if we visit Penang but till then we’ll sing the praises to our friends. "

"We had a lovely 3 night stay at The Blue Mansion. The hotel has a fascinating history and as a resident you can join one of the twice daily tours to find out more. The bedroom was huge and the air conditioning very efficient. The bed was the biggest we’ve ever slept in and the shower was powerful with plenty of hot water. We had breakfast in the hotel. There was a choice of fruit juices, cereal and fresh fruit. You could order a cooked breakfast and there was bread available to toast and a choice of 2 cakes. The staff couldn’t do enough for you. Would highly recommend. "

"Absolutely loved the hotel. Very spacious room was beautifully decorated with textiles from a local shop and other charming and tasteful interiors. Everything was very well maintained and clean. Friendly and attentive owner and staff were always there to help and assist. The only backdrop would be the noises and music sounds from bars nearby at night, but for me this was an acceptable trade-off for the convenient location. During the day, it was quiet and peaceful in general. I hope to come back!"

"There are two wings that are separate hotels with the same name . You may want to choose the old one. No changing room in the other one. However nice swimming pool and restaurant on the 6th floor and professional staff "

"ac in room is not as cold as suppose to be.. which is a turn off.. hope they can improve on the ac , sometime the room feel warm"

"The room was alright for just a 2 day stay , not the best condition, but manageable, the breakfast was a 4 out of 10 , better off going to the street and eating better food , front desk staff was great !!!!! Like it ok for a 2-3 day stay , wouldn’t stay here for longer then that only if I had to "
