"Room needs big updates. Water faucet needs to be repaired it's loose and it sprays to the side. And when I try to get into the room the door was sticking which ended up taking three tries to get it open and the remote control to the TV was not working properly otherwise it was okay"

"room was clean bathroom also soaps provided dispensers clean. water temp and pressure was off but not enough to complain (at that time) parking was convent and safe (gated) but very small spaces. breakfast was simple but good. staff was friendly and helpful. was in walking distance (3 blocks) from the main part of little Italy. i reccommend and will be back"

"Great location, small but comfortable room, good coffee shop downstairs. TV was old, they don’t do daily cleaning unless you ask, windows were drafty but it’s not like it’s freezing. Close to public transit, no need for car/parking. "

"The room itself is older, carpeted, and small full beds. However, the pool is awesome, the hotel felt safe, the maintenance men that was changing propane bottles for the fires by pool were nice. The bar by the pool and restaurant had great food options, and the drinks were good."

"People were helpful and friendly. Loved the fruity water in the lobby. Great location. Did not like the light panel in 7th floor rooms. Even after a tutorial, no one explained how to request maid service. Water bottles were available except for an evening employee who said they were $3 each."

"This used to be another property, but Best Western bought it out, so the landscaping and buildings are great. LOTS OF construction workers staying when I was there, all loitering in the parking lot, so I felt like I was in college again with the googling eyes when I went to and from my car. This whole area is near the beaches, so I have noticed staying in several properties that the sea air makes the room quite sticky and thick in air. I don't want to run the AC all day, so I left the windows open, but still makes the bedding and towels feel damp. I had a lovely shower faucet head that was quite like a fire hydrant and felt like it was going to rip my nipples off, so my showering experience was very much lacking. I assume it was a quick fix and not the normal showered, so they should replace that. Conveniently located and although near the freeway did not hear too much noise. I would have liked to enjoy the jacuzzi, but someone had put soap in it and the bubbles were quite disgusting. Was decently priced for the stay, although the check-in staff was a little less than professional teenagers with belly button rings hanging out, but whatever, There is no elevator, or any accommodations for handicap people, no ramps, etc (not that this pertained to me, but I wanted an upstairs room and had a heavy bag so I could not stay upstairs.)"
