Everyone we encountered (particularly the bellman who assisted us in our arrival & our departure) was very professional and friendly. Our room was small, but had all the important features to make it comfortable. Breakfast was very good in the hotel’s restaurant. "Loved the view from the room. The property is gorgeous. Nice location and an easy walk to the falls. Staff that I encountered were nice. Had breakfast both days at the Bear claw. Ordered takeout from the burger place and the burger wasn't cooked through so that was disappointing. The casino was alright. ..."
